D	Dionysios SIMATOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to please your eyes or your religious feelings, then go to Meteora area and monasteries. But if you want to please your taste and ease your hunger then go to Manklaras tavern. The place is a must because of its special decoration, its lovely boss and personnel and its amazing food. Be prepared to pay above average, which worth your last penny. Easy access, a huge parking and tables outside tavern for spring and summer. Good space between tables inside tavern and easy access for handicaped persons. If you are bored of "tourist" plates and service, do the mile outside Kalambaka and visit Manklaras tavern
O	Omar El Solh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for meat and the best lamb ribs but the service wasn't the best and it is the First restaurant in Greece THAT DOESN'T SERVE WATER automatically once you sit there and we've been in Greece for a Month already.
M	Manu Sain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at this place on our way to Meteora thinking "let's buy some fruit for our hike". Ended up being a restaurant, very good one. Great and fresh greek food, fast and friendly service and beautiful setting despite being on the road! Very good!
D	David Bruce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If youre staying in Kalambaka or passing through this restaurant is a "must". Upon arriving you are greeted by a large plastic cow and various bric a brac. Outdoor seating is shady with large wood benches, indoors more sumptuous. The food is absolutely super and portions huge. Toilets are amusing! The prices are reasonable, you wont be disappointed and you will remember it as the best part of your journey!

The meat was unbelievable, the ambiance was fantastic, amazing wine, and overall the service and hospitality was exceptional. The standard beef steak was an incredible tbone like I have never had before - can't even imagine what the tomahawk steak is like!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

The family who run restaurant put a lot of effort and love in everything they make and this shows. If you are in the area make it part of your lunch or dinner plan, you won’t be disappointed.

We have ordered the lamb chops, really great taste with well controlled cooked level, you could even find the soft and tasty bone marrow! The chicken is so-so, not really my favorite. All in all, if you like Barbecue， have a try here!
