★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is on the road to/from Agios Nikitas, there is parking in the premises and a thavern as well. The host-Marina is the best. She greeted us when we arrived and she left us a bottle of water, bread, butter and marmelade for breakfast! The closest beach is Kathisma but I wouldn't walk to there, I recommend staying here if you have a car otherwise it's difficult to get in and about the island and it's beaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there in July 2016. Very clean, people are awesome. There is Taverna downstairs with great food. Parking space is safe and specious. Nearby is Agios Nikitas, small village with great tavernas, cafes and small beach. Kathisma beach is only 1km from this property and largest city Lefkas is 13km away.
Place is ideal as starting point for exploring Lefkada island. Porto Katsiki is 30min of driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place very clean, new bed sheets and towels every two days. Owners have taverna below the apartments, food is very good. Owners are very frendly, and they all works in taverna. Beach is near only 1km. Nights are pleasent you don't need air conditioning at all, but every room has it. There is a parking beside the apartments.
