★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi ottima perché la stanza era bella ordinata(con pulizie ogni due giorni o a richiesta) con proprietari gentili e disponibili. La struttura si trova proprio sulla spiaggia di laganas e a pochi passi trovi tanti ristoranti, supermercati ma soprattutto si raggiunge facilmente alla strada principale.
L'unica piccola pecca è stato che non ci sia la zona cottura. Ma sono disponibili il frigorifero e il bollitore.
Comunque mi sono trovata molto bene in questo studios
 I would say excellent because the room was nice and tidy (with cleaning every two days or on request) with friendly and helpful owners. The property is located right on the beach of laganas and within walking distance you will find many restaurants, supermarkets but above all it is easy to reach the main road.
The only small flaw was that there is no cooking area. But fridge and kettle are available.
However, I found myself very well in this studio

A 104-es szoba pl. az udvari zuhanyozóra nézett, plusz egész éjjel világított egy bazi nagy refkektor a terasz felett (a zuhanyozó miatt, így le se lehetett kapcsolni), emiatt csak zárt ajtóval, behúzott függönnyel lehetett aludni. Az apartman egyébként tiszta, hűtő van, a külső rész, kert is szép, a wifi rendesen működik. A környezet elég hangos, az apartman mögött is van egy bár, de egész Laganas ilyen. Pozitívum, hogy tényleg 5 méter a tenger. Emiatt a nagyon vegyesség miatt csak 3 csillag.
Not all rooms face the sea, yet it costs the same !? Room 104 e.g. he looked at the courtyard shower, plus a large reflector above the terrace was lit all night (because of the shower, so it couldn't be turned off), so he could only sleep with the door closed and the curtain retracted. The apartment is otherwise clean, there is a refrigerator, the outside, the garden is nice, the wifi is working properly. The environment is quite loud, there is also a bar behind the apartment, but the whole Laganas is like that. On the plus side, it is really 5 meters from the sea. Because of this very mixture, it is only 3 stars.

The place is good! Location is perfect, minute from the breach, local shop just across the road, and another 5 mins to the strip. Nice and long walk on the beach every day, exactly what I needed after exhausting time. Sophia and Saki are really friendly and helpful, been really accommodating my needs as well! Big thumbs up! Money for Value, well worth it
