★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is very good such a lovely position, but due to a very loud dog behind the property its constant barking throughout the night was very annoying so not much sleep, and I went there to get some rest, I complained to no avail, which I no other guests also did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach at your feet. Laganas is great this time of the year. Great sea view from the rooms. Villa Grimani was clean, new comfortable matress, great service. The new direction does make a difference!

I recommend it to those who are less picky and will balance the fact that the location offers a superb view of the sea.
The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and photos.
Cons:
Bathroom, kitchen and front door could be improved. They are practical but outdated. However, it was not an impediment to my enjoyment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Grimani is right there, on the beach, in the middle of it all. It's the perfect spot for the couple or friends who want to be near all the clubs, bars and restaurants, only about a 100m beach walk from the main strip.
Only reason it doesn't get my full stars is because we wanted quiet, private and peaceful. It wasn't what we were expecting but still, Aris and the owners were very accommodating in getting us transferred and such helpful people.
Thank you for our short 2 night stay, even though it was a bit noisy, we made the most of it, broke some plates at the lovely restaurant down the beach and had a good party.
