★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε πολύ δυσαρεστημένοι από την διαμονή μας στο mariakis Studios. Αρχικά στο τηλέφωνο μας είπαν άλλη τιμή από αυτήν που υπήρχε Online(100 ευρώ πιο πάνω). Στην συνέχεια η κράτηση του δωματίου μας συμπεριλάμβανε πρωινό και ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι. Το πρωινό δεν υπήρχε στην πραγματικότητα (Εκτός από ένα πακέτο φρυγανιές και 4 μαρμελάδες στο δωμάτιο που δεν θεωρείται πρωινό δωματίου). Το μπαλκόνι δεν ήταν ιδιωτικό αλλα ήταν το μπαλκόνι συνολικα των Studios.
Τέλος το αποκορύφωμα είναι ότι η κάρτα μου χρεώθηκε 50% παραπάνω από την τιμή που ειχαμε κλεισει και ευτυχώς το είδα τυχαία και ζήτησα άμεσα την επιστροφή χρημάτων μου αφου επικοινώνησα εγώ δύο φορές μαζί τους.
Θεωρώ την συνολική εικόνα των ανθρώπων που διαχειρίζονται τα Studios ότι δεν ανταποκρίνονται στο ίδιο το νησί, την απλότητά και την νησιώτικη φιλοξένια που η Αστυπάλαια πρεσβεύει καθώς παρέχουν ανακριβείς πληροφορίες για τις υπηρεσίες τους εκμεταλλευόμενοι την υψηλή ζήτηση της σεζόν.
We were very unhappy with our stay at mariakis Studios. Initially our phone was told a different price than the one available online (100 euros above). Then booking our room included breakfast and a private balcony. Breakfast did not actually exist (Except for a packet of toast and 4 jams in the room which is not considered room breakfast). The balcony was not private but it was the balcony of the Studios as a whole.
Finally, the highlight is that my card was charged 50% more than the price we had booked and fortunately I saw it by chance and immediately asked for my refund after I contacted them twice.
I consider the overall picture of the people who manage the Studios that they do not correspond to the island itself, the simplicity and the island hospitality that Astypalea stands as they provide inaccurate information about their services taking advantage of the high demand of the season.
