Β	Βασιλική Λ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσεγμένος χώρος, καλαίσθητα ρούχα αλλά αγενέστατο προσωπικό! Επισκέφθηκα σήμερα το κατάστημα θέλοντας να προμηθευτώ ένα δώρο. Ζήτησα από τα κορίτσια του προσωπικού να μου προτείνουν κάτι για έναν άντρα 65+ και εκείνες γέλασαν χλευαστικά κοιτάζοντας η μια την άλλη θεωρώντας, από ότι κατάλαβα, τη διευκρίνηση μου γελοία καθώς μου τόνισαν ότι το γούστο είναι υποκειμενικό και δεν εξαρτάται από την ηλικία. Με "ξεπεταξαν" επιδεικνύοντας απαξίωση και μόλις γύρισα τη πλάτη μου έφυγαν σε άλλον πελάτη κάνοντας ότι δεν με βλέπουν. Πωλήτριες αδιάφορες για το αντικείμενο τους, άσχετες από πειθώ και επιχειρήματα παρουσίασης προϊόντος στον πελάτη!!! Φυσικά και έφυγα χωρίς να αγοράσω ούτε να δω τίποτε άλλο στο κατάστημα!! Neat space, elegant clothes but very rude staff! I visited the store today wanting to get a gift. I asked the staff girls to suggest me something about a man 65+ and they laughed mockingly looking at each other considering, from what I understood, my explanation ridiculous as they stressed that taste is subjective and does not depend on age. I was "thrown out" showing disrespect and as soon as I turned my back they left me to another client pretending not to see me. Saleswomen indifferent to their subject, irrelevant to persuasion and arguments for presenting a product to the customer !!! Of course I left without buying or seeing anything else in the store !!
M	Mike Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η σύζυγος αγόρασε ένα φόρεμα στα 80 ευρώ και τις είπανε ότι σε ένα μήνα εάν δεν τις άρεσε θα μπορούσε να το επιστρέψει. Σε 8 ημέρες το επέστρεψε και τις είπανε ότι λόγω εκπτώσεων το φόρεμα είχε 60 ευρώ. Την ανάγκασαν να πάρει άλλα ρούχα αξίας 60 και όχι 80 ευρώ αν και προσκόμισε αποδεικτικό στοιχείο από την τράπεζα συναλλαγής επειδή είχε χάσει την απόδειξη.Μιλάμε για καθαρή κλοπή.Προσοχή και.μακρια!!. 60 ευρώ και ό The wife bought a dress for 80 euros and was told that in a month if she did not like it she could return it. e	elissavet delli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ όμορφα ρούχα για μεσήλικες κυρίες κάπως ακριβά δεν είχε μικρά μεγέθη το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό ακόμα και αν ήξεραν ότι με τη φίλη μου δοκιμάζαμε ρούχα για να περάσει η ώρα και όχι για να κάνουμε κάποια αγορά beautiful clothes for middle-aged ladies somewhat expensive it was not small the staff was very kind and helpful even if they knew that my girlfriend and I were trying on clothes to pass the time and not to make a purchase

Staff is not enough depending on the hours. The company needs to reevaluate its staff, since service comes before product, and I am very happy with the product. And I will not visit the store if I cannot find the product. I had to search the whole floor to find a very polite one that was able to help me in 30 seconds. This is all the help i needed today and it is a pity that I left unhappy because one of the admittedly few staff was impolite. I leave the comment for the future customers to know that in order to get serviced in this store, you need to get lucky.
