Great location, just north of the Rafina ferry port. Small beach infront of hotel and very nice swimming pool. Do stop by the Locust restaurant right across the street from the hotel. Awesome staff, great food and prices.

Good hotel with all basic needs. Had a great room with a very nice sea view. Everything was clean and hosts were very welcoming. A nice spot on the coast close to Athens and the airport.

I really loved it here. I was starting to get homesick because we had already spent a week in Greece, but when we finally got here and to our room my homesickness went away. The views from the balcony are beautiful, the ocean is right in the backyard, free breakfast, decent wifi, and the staff is extremely kind/ welcoming. Joanna, at the front desk, is AMAZING. She really was the cherry on top of this whole experience. One comment I have for the owners of mati hotel: please get some cushions for your pool beds! THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE pool chairs I have ever sat on.

Clean and quite hotel. Spacious room with all the facilities you need to a good night sleep. The breakfast was rich with many options to choose.

Check in 4th of June - Check out 7th of June 2022 We booked a room with a double bed. When I called to book it I only asked for a sea view and that we will come just after our wedding. So, newly-weds and since I was a former reception employee, I was expecting for a complimentary service, like all hotels have. A bottle of wine? Some fruit? Coctail vouchers? Dinner vouchers? Something. But we got nothing. Not only that, but they put us in an ugly room - 215 - , with old furniture, small and didn't have a nice ambiance. They told us that it has been a misunderstanding with our reservation and they're going to change us in another room. I expected on the 5th but no, we stayed 2 days there and then for the last day, they changed us the room and we went to - 209 - with sea view and pool view everything, bigger than the other and with a very large bed. All better but still nothing complimentary for the newly-weds. Dissapointing for a 4star hotel. The women at the reception (except the night shift, very kind woman) non smiley, very strict let's say. They never asked how was our stay, if we needed anything, or even when we payed at the end, nothing to check if everything was okay, if we had a good time you know. Breakfast was really good, the guys at the bar super nice, friendly and kind. Prices over the top (why though) and the quality was descent. For a mini honeymoon after our wedding, I won't recommend it, but just for a couple of days before getting to another destination, it may be just okay.

This was my wife's and my second stint at this excellent hotel as we went to and returned from Naxos, via Rafina. I have stayed at some of the best in Greece - e.g. Grand Bretagne in Athens, Electra in Thessaloniki - as I ranged the country writing travel articles for the NY Times. This is my favourite! Delightful and friendly staff, beautiful and original taste throughout, good food, comfort inside and outside, reasonable prices. If I could spend weeks there sitting and looking at the Aegean I would. Great!

Perfect!!!!! Everyone, including both owners, and all staff made this stay memorable … They were there at my every turn trying to make everything perfect…. The food, the room, the balcony, and the out door terrace was absolutely fabulous. Thank you for making my complete trip to Greece magical
