Very nice. Friendly and helpful personnel, sandy Beach, beautiful sunset. Perfect for weddings too.

The property is beautiful. Great views of the beach. The welcoming by the owners is second to none. Owner had a bottle of their own wine for our 25th anniversary. Great pool if you get tired of the beach and they have a great pool bar. The only downside for me was a very firm mattress that made it tough for me to sleep comfortably as I have a bad lower back. Also, there is a bit of a walk if you want to try a couple of other restaurants near the location up the beach side. Of you go to this area worth having a car if you want to explore any part of the island as this resort is off the path which does make it really quite and I loved that part.

We stayed in the Medusa Hotel for a week at the end of August 2019. It was a marvellous experience. The hotel is really perfect: literally ON a beautiful beach, you are never more than a few meters from the sea. Excellent infrastructure: spacious, superclean rooms with excellent facilities (one of the best showers I experienced) in traditional, beautiful Greek style. Very good restaurant under the stars (there is also an in-door section) with a small but excellent wine list. The swimming pool is very pleasant and very close to the beach so our kids (7 and 3) could come and go as they wished and we never lost sight of them. The Medusa is perfect for kids. But the best part of it all is the staff: kind, smiling and super efficient. EDDIE is probably the best asset of this great hotel. He treated us magnificently, always friendly even if working very hard. We loved him (please say hello to him from Roberto, Rita and the two baboons!). Perfect experience. We’ll go back.

I was so lucky I came across this awesome place! The beach was so peaceful, beautiful and quiet that I finished a couple of books without leaving it. The bartenders were the most friendly and carying people in the island ? I can't wait to go back!

Definitely not 4 star resort quality. We had multiple issues and received no resolution but an apology. The staff was exceptional but unfortunately could not balance out the negative experience. Choose another hotel.

Had our wedding here! The staff went above and beyond and I can't express how much I love this place and the people who work here. Marie Angela, Lary, Eddie, Carla, Marcos and Kiki along with everyone else are amazing the place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it. Be back soon!

Medusa Beach resort and suites is a lovely place that could really aspire to be a 5 star place with more of a 3 star behavior, 3.5 star rooms, and 5 star locations and 4.5 star potential. Amazing beach bar. But closes at sunset. Missed opportunity. Want breakfast on the lovely beach bar? No, you have to have it at the original place. The beach is insane. And the food is nice. The highlight is the bar. Rooms could be nicer with better fridges and a bit cleaner under the critical components.

a great resort in an incredible location. the staff and owners are very friendly and attentive. the whole resort is clean and extremely beautifully decorated. the beach is very quiet, and offers a lot of privacy.
