★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back after a 2 weeks stay family run by rita and her mother fortina very friendly people and they cant do enough for you alway make you feel welcome one block of apartments have just been refurbished and they are beautiful l would recomend anyone to go and stay there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a week and for a basic hotel it's very good ... it is well priced ... kept nice and clean and overall it was a decent stay
However if you pay as a group the staff don't keep an eye on who pays for what and we were overcharged on a couple of occasions ... it also took over an hour to make some simple meals like omelettes and toasties... you can go elsewhere in stalis and get better food quicker

We had a brilliant stay both times all of the staff was very nice and friendly the cleaner is a lovely lady room was kept clean every day . close to beach shops and bars booked again for next year brilliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff and owners.. Only fault is they didn't give receipts when our group paid for aircon and safe hence asked a few times if we paid.. Problem solved if you have receipt for proof. We were in updated rooms near main road.. Brill showers and rooms cleaned frequently and fresh linen and towels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking somewhere friendly? Lovely pool, comfortable apartments, close to the shops and bars , close to the bus stop for exploring the other parts of the island, this place is for you , family run and business is the perfect way to enjoy crete , highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely holiday here. The apartments are in a perfect location for the sea and for shops and restaurants. Our room was in a good position overlooking the pool with the mountains in the background. We had a good size balcony. The air conditioning was the best ever which was important as the weather was 44 while we were there. Rita, Fontina and 'Uncle' were brilliant. My partner had an accident while we were there and they were very kind and helpful, which was much appreciated. Hope to go back soon.
