Με 80 ευρώ και ένα μήνα "δουλειάς" κατάφεραν να τον κάνουν να μην κάνει καθόλου εκκίνηση και να χάσουν 2 βίδες απο το καπάκι. Δεν έγινε πλήρης επιστροφή χρημάτων. ΔΕΝ θα συνιστούσα το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. I went to my computer which was slow to start. With 80 euros and a month of "work" they managed to make him not start at all and lose 2 screws from the lid. No refund was made. I would NOT recommend this store.

Ενω παλιότερα τα παιδιά μου είχαν αντικαταστήσει την οθόνη στο κινητό μου εύκολα και οικονομικά. Το προτείνω! Flawless service and very good service! My laptop while "crawling" took over again. Πήγα τον υπολογιστή μου την προηγούμενη Δευτέρα επειδή το ανεμιστήρακι έκανε κάποιον θόρυβο.Χωρίς δίκη τους εξέταση μου είπαν πως θα το αλλάξουν και θα ήταν έτοιμο την ίδια μέρα βαριά την επόμενη.Εγώ τους εξήγησα πως λόγω μεγάλης πίεσης το βιαζόμουν πολύ.Εν τέλη ο υπολογιστής ήταν έτοιμος την Τετάρτη και χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση από μεριάς τους πήγα να τον παραλάβω. Όταν είδα τον υπολογιστή διαπίστωσα πως ήταν εντελώς διαλυμένος και σε δυο σημεία σπασμένος από πάνω ,κάτι που δεν μου είπαν όταν τον έλαβα. Όταν τον επέστρεψα μου είπαν καθυστερημένα πως έσπασε από κάποιο ισως δικό μου λαθος αλλά μπορούσαν να τον φτιάξουν.Αλλη μια μέρα καθυστέρησης και φτάνοντας σπίτι ο υπολογιστής δεν άνοιγε καν .Τον ξαναπήγα και την τεταρτη πλέον φορά που τον έφερα σπίτι δεν λειτουργούσαν τα ηχεία και το ποντίκι! Έχω επισκευάσει υπολογιστές και συσκευές και άλλες φορές αυτή ήταν μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία σε μια δύσκολη στιγμή που χρειαζόμουν άμεσα τον υπολογιστή μου. Η αρχική μου κριτική ήταν πολύ πιο λιτή και θα ήθελα να αναφέρω πως ο ιδιοκτήτης παρότι ευγενικός στην αρχή με απείλησε με καταγγελία ! Καλό θα ήταν λοιπόν να προσπαθήσετε να βελτιώσετε την δουλειά σας προσέχοντας τόσο τον χρόνο οσο και την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών σας. Νομίζω μια απειλή δεν είναι αρκετή για να μην μοιραστώ την αλήθεια οσο για την καταγγελία σας οσο αβάσιμη και ανυπόστατη και αν είναι δεν έχω κανένα πρόβλημα να αναλάβω το βάρος του λόγου μου. I have repaired computers and devices and other times it was a very bad experience at a difficult time when I needed my computer immediately. My initial criticism was much more modest and I would like to mention that the owner, although polite at first, threatened me with a complaint! Μ	Μοδη Τριανταφυλλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απετυχαν να εντοπισουν και να επισκευασουν τη βλαβη του υπολογιστη που τους πηγα (κατι το οποιο πραγματοποιηθηκε αλλου με εξαιρετικη επιτυχια). Επιπλεον μεσολαβησε πανω απο μια εβδομαδα μεχρι να "σηκωσουν τα χερια ψηλα". Το μονο θετικο οτι δεν χρεωσαν τιποτε They failed to detect and repair the computer malfunction that I took to them (which was done elsewhere with great success). K	Konstantinos Papakyritsis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Χάλασε ο υπολογιστής μου επειδή έπεσε νερό και το πήγα ανήσυχος μην έπαθε τίποτα. Με καθησύχασαν και μέσα σε 1 μέρα είχαν κοιτάξει το λάπτοπ, είχαν βρει το πρόβλημα (δόξα το θεό όχι μεγάλο) και μου το είχαν φτιάξει. Στην τιμή τα απολύτως απαραίτητα. Άψογο. Excellent and fast service. My computer crashed because water fell and I went away worried nothing happened. They reassured me and within 1 day they had looked at the laptop, they had found the problem (thank God not big) and they had fixed it for me. At the price the absolutely necessary. Flawless.
