A	ALEX G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 3/11/2021 ώρα 11:30 πήγαμε την σκούπα μας που την είχαμε αγοράσει πριν ένα μήνα για επισκευή γιατί κάηκε το μοτέρ. Ο νεαρός κύριος (που καθόταν μπαίνοντας, πλάι στο αριστερό γραφείο) ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτος, ο τρόπος που μάς αντιμετώπισε μάς έκανε να νιώσουμε πολύ άσχημα και αμήχανα χωρίς να δώσουμε καμία αφορμή. Δεν τιμά καθόλου μία εταιρεία σαν την miele να διαθέτει στο δυναμικό τής εργαζόμενους που αντιμετωπίζουν τούς πελάτες με τέτοιο τρόπο. Στην συνέχεια ο τεχνικός ήταν άψογος στον τρόπο που μάς μίλησε όπως και η κοπέλα πού ετοίμασε τα χαρτιά. Today 3/11/2021 at 11:30 we went to our broom that we had bought a month ago for repair because the engine burned out. The young gentleman (sitting entering, next to the left office) was indulgently unacceptable, the way he treated us made us feel very bad and embarrassed without giving any reason. It does not honor at all a company like miele to have in its potential employees who treat customers in such a way. Then the technician was impeccable in the way he spoke to us as well as the girl who prepared the papers.

Εκτός βέβαια ότι είναι πανάκριβο Spare part for the robotic vacuum cleaner I bought 16 months ago, there was no delivery time from Germany around one month. Except of course that it is very expensive
μ	μαρια τσαρτσαμπαλιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί! Έχει μείνει μόνο το όνομα! Ζήτησα ένα ανταλλακτικό και μου είπαν θα κάνει δύο εβδομάδες! Στις εφτά μέρες, με ενημερώνει η κοπέλα ,ότι μετακομίζει η αποθήκη στην Αθήνα και δεν ξέρει πόσο χρόνο θα πάρει. Της λέω αυτό είναι απαράδεκτο. Μου λέει η αποθήκη αποφάσισε να εξυπηρετήσει μέχρι 31/5 παραγγελίες και η δική σας είναι 1/6! Γελάνε και οι πέτρες. Της ζήτησα ο,τι λέει να το πει και εγγράφως με μέιλ όπως έγινε και η παραγγελία. Και δεν το έκανε ποτέ! Γιατί άραγε?! Οπότε σκέφτομαι τι να κανω. Να βάλω παραγγελία αλλού? Επαγγελματίες σου λέει! παράλληλα είχα Κλεισει πριν δύο εβδομάδες επίσης, ραντεβού για service το πλυντήριο πιάτων μου. Ένα ραντεβού στον αέρα, γιατί έτσι τα κλείνουν πλέον, τους λες τη μερα και σου λένε θα σε πάρει ο τεχνικός την ίδια μέρα!!!!! Να σου πει τι ώρα θα έρθει! Θαρρείς κι εσύ είσαι αργοσχολος! Δε δουλεύεις! Τους παίρνω λοιπόν την ίδια μέρα που περιμένω το συνεργείο , για να μάθω τι ώρα θα έρθουν! Και η κοπέλα με ύφος χιλίων καρδιναλίων μου λέει ότι οκ θα έρθουμε σήμερα αλλά το ανταλλακτικό δε θα το προλάβουμε θα είναι εδώ αύριο!!!!! Εγώ έπρεπε να μυρίσω τα δάχτυλα μου ότι τελικά βρήκαν τρόπο να το φέρουν ? Ο,τι να ναι! Το απόλυτο ο,τι να ναι. Μηδέν επικοινωνία και οργάνωση. Κατά τα άλλα όμως, Miele! Μόνο στα λεφτά! Υπέρογκα ποσά για εξαρτήματα και service. Αυτό δεν άλλαξε! Η κυρία στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο αγενεστατη με νοοτροπία δημοσίου υπαλλήλου....κουρασμένη κι αδιάφορη . Απαράδεκτοι! Tragic! Only the name is left! I asked for a spare part and they told me it would take two weeks! In seven days, the girl informs me that she is moving the warehouse to Athens and does not know how long it will take. I tell her this is unacceptable. Tells me the warehouse decided to serve up to 31/5 orders and yours is 1/6! The stones laugh too. I asked her what she says to say and in writing by mail as the order was made. And he never did! Why?! So I'm thinking about what to do. To place an order elsewhere? Professionals tells you! at the same time I had Booked two weeks ago also, an appointment to service my dishwasher. An appointment on the air, because that's how they close now, you tell them the day and they tell you the technician will pick you up the same day !!!!! Tell you what time it will come! Tharreis and you are lazy! You do not work! So I take them the same day I wait for the workshop, to find out what time they will come! And the girl with the style of a thousand cardinals tells me that ok we will come today but we will not catch the spare part will be here tomorrow !!!!! I had to smell my fingers that they finally found a way to bring it; Whatever! The absolute whatever. Zero communication and organization. But otherwise, Miele! Only for the money! Extraordinary amounts for accessories and service. That has not changed! The lady in the call center is very polite with a civil servant mentality .... tired and indifferent. Unacceptable!
