Το σπουδαιότερο όλων είναι η ύπαρξη αξιόλογων μοναχών και ιερομονάχων που μονάζουν εκεί και προσφέρουν τεράστιο εργο σε πλήθος ανθρώπων που πηγαίνουν για εξομολόγηση αλλα και για συζήτηση και συμβουλές. Ας τους έχει ο Θεός καλά που βοηθάνε τόσο κόσμό. An important monastery with history. New and very nice construction, with beautiful indoor outdoors. Very honest. The most important of all is the existence of remarkable monks and monks who stand there and offer a huge work to a crowd of people who go to confession and for discussion and advice. Let God have them good to help such a world.

It is located 14 km north to Preveza at the district of Nea Sinopi and close to the former municipal community of Flampoura. It has the name of the original Prophet Elias Monastery that is locateda on a hill 3 km north-west to Nea Kerasounta. The Monastery was transferred to the current location in the days of Bishop of Nikopoli and Preveza Meletios. There are 23 monks in the Monastery, most of them serving the missionary and spiritual work of the Metropolis, under the leadership of archimandrite abbot Efraim Toumbeki. The monks are very warm and welcoming and the place is inspiring. The monastery is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.
