★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views, spectacular building into the rocks and a very helpful munk that showed us around a bit and gave us some background about the monastery. (Though, there's no official guided tour of the place as far as I know.) The building was left unused for about 200 years, and is under reconstruction. It also holds an atmospheric chapel. Go onto the roof for the best views.
