★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional accomodation at the city centre. Close to all nearby attractions and the port, Mosaic will offer super clean rooms with all the necessary measures for covid-19 taken carefully. The staff have been very friendly throughout our stay, the rooms are spacious and very tidy and we cant think of anything negative for this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mosaic is fantastic! It is located very close to the city centre but is quiet at the same time. The hotel is vey stylish and modern with big and comfortable rooms. Parking is tricky during the day but after 8-9 there are spaces available.
Last but not least - Irini at the reception desk is amazing! Very helpful, welcoming and cheerful.
If I’m back in Chania, this will definitely be the hotel I will choose!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel, very close to the old town, bus station is one minute walk. Convenient location for sure, very calm neighborhood. The decor was very relaxing, Irini (the host) sweet and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We felt really welcome at the Mosaic Hotel! Everyone was so friendly and we got many helpful tips for restaurants and traveling around that we didn't have to spent our time on any research. It's also great, that the bus station is only 3 minutes walking distance away, so it's super easy to visit the Samaria gorge or go to the airport by bus. Thank you a lot for everything and when we will ever be back in Chania, we will definitely stay at the Mosaic again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it, stayed in Summer 2021 for a few nights, rebooked for this Summer already 2022. SUPER clean, very stylish, rooms are per the website, what you see is really what you get. Actually found it better to book via Hotel website. Great service from reception staff `Chara` to the cleaners. Its not a beach location, no pool but its 15 mins walk, beats the quality you get on the city beach hotels which are usually poor standard. Close to good shopping, loads of inexpensive places to eat & drink locally ( why to eat on the harbour tourist area ! ) close to the bus station. Perfect for a city/beach break :-) Really great hotel all round. Couldn't fault anything.
