I do not know about the other car rentals in Naxos, but can definitively say that the service is way above other car rentals in other islands in Greece.
We can highly recommend Summer Cars Naxos !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent car rental, the rental company owner waited in time at the airport, the car was, beautiful and clean. The administration went smoothly, it was possible to pay in cash as by card. The cars are new and little used. The return was also very nice, we still got the 30 min extended return time through Whatsapi without any problems. I definitely recommend visiting Naxos to take a car from their company :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good & honest car rental with friendly owners. The cars are new and in perfect condition. The whole process was smooth. It's a family business and they make sure to give amazing customer experience. We changed our cars on the third day to another one (as the first one was booked already) and they brought it to our hotel on agreed time. We will definitely always rent from them when we need a car in Naxos and going to recommend to others also.
