Μόνη παρατήρηση ότι το σταθερό τηλέφωνο μπορούσα μόνο από κινητό vodafone να το καλέσω No complaints from the service. In the middle of lock down within a week I had the products I wanted. Μόνο σοβαρή επιχείρηση δεν είναι! Caution!!!! we ordered the lamp 105 € as it said, we paid for it and the next day they called us that the price changed to 121 €…. It's not just serious business!

H	Hera Sinanidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα στις 26/01 φωτιστικό δαπέδου μέσω της ιστοσελίδας mrled.gr στην τιμή των 105€, μου στείλανε ηλεκτρονική απόδειξη συναλλαγής στο email μου (δείτε φωτογραφία) και την επόμενη μέρα με κάλεσαν να με ενημερώσουν ότι έγινε ανατίμηση και τώρα η τιμή ανέρχεται στα 121€ και ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω το έξτρα ποσό αλλιώς θα ειδοποιήσουν το λογιστήριο τους να προχωρήσει σε επιστροφή χρημάτων. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ, ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΗ, ΕΚΒΙΑΣΤΙΚΗ και κυρίως ΠΑΡΑΝΟΜΗ στάση της εταιρείας Mr. Led. Φυσικά δεν δέχθηκαν να μου αποστείλουν το προϊόν που ήδη είχα αγοράσει στην αρχική τιμή πώλησης του. Δε φάνηκε να τους απασχολεί καθόλου το ότι τους είπα ότι αν δε μου το στείλουν στην τιμή που το αγόρασα θα τους καταγγείλω στο συνήγορο του καταναλωτή κάτι που φυσικά και έκανα. Επιλέξτε άλλες νόμιμες και σοβαρές επιχειρήσεις για τις αγορές σας!!! On 26/01 I bought a floor lamp through the website mrled.gr at the price of 105 €, they sent me an electronic receipt of transaction in my email (see photo) and the next day they called me to inform me that a revaluation was made and now the price is 121 € and that I have to pay the extra amount otherwise they will notify their accounting department to proceed with a refund. UNACCEPTABLE, ANT-PROFESSIONAL, EXTRACTIVE and mainly ILLEGAL attitude of the company Mr. Led. Of course they did not accept to send me the product I had already bought at its original selling price. They did not seem to care at all that I told them that if they did not send it to me at the price I bought it, I would report it to the consumer ombudsman, which of course I did. Choose other legal and serious companies for your purchases !!!
g	gatitsa21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, μετά από έναν μήνα και πάρα πολλές προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας, έλαβα την παραγγελία μου χωρίς 4 από τα προϊόντα. Πάλι καλά!! Μου έκαναν επιστροφή ένα μέρος της αξίας τους.
N	Nekt Papageo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελία από 17/12. Έγιναν πάνω από 4 υπομνήσεις λαμβάνοντας κάθε φορά διαβεβαίωση ότι θα παραληφθούν. Κοντεύουμε Φεβρουάριο και ακόμα δεν έχουν καν σταλεί. Πολύ κακή επικοινωνία. Order from 17/12. More than 4 reminders were made each time receiving assurances that they would be received. We are approaching February and they have not even been sent yet. Very bad communication.

Το φωτιστικό Toledo 55W 4950im Dimmable 3 0€ 1 LEG-100R02L-BL - Aiman K0AIKOL (SKU, AT 142044) (επισυνάπτω την απόδειξη )ήρθε στο κουτί του και του ηλεκτρολόγου το πήρε δυο ώρες να το συναρμολογήσει σωστά μιας και τα συρματόσχοινα ήταν βαλμένα σε τελείως λάθος υποδοχές . Στο τέλος το έβαλε και σκεφτήκαμε τέλος καλό όλα καλά . Μετά από δύο μήνες χρήσης περίπου ( το πολύ 10 ώρες λειτουργίας )κάηκε μέρος ταινίας led ( επισυνάπτω σχετική φωτογραφία ) . Επικοινωνήσαμε με το κατάστημα και μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα έπρεπε να το στείλουμε πίσω , να το επισκευάσουν και να μας το επιστρέψουν . Δηλαδή να χρεωθούμε 100 ευρώ σε ηλεκτρολόγους για ένα φωτιστικό 130 ευρώ και να αφήσουμε το σαλόνι μες το χειμώνα χωρίς φως . Τότε τους προτείναμε να μας στείλουν ένα ίδιο φωτιστικό για να μειώσουμε και εμείς τα έξοδα ηλεκτρολόγου αλλά το αίτημα μας δεν έγινε δεκτό μιας και δεν περιγραφόταν στην εγγύηση ……. Δεν θα αγοράσω ποτέ ξανά τίποτα από το mr Led γιατί πιστεύω ότι το κατάστημα θα έπρεπε να δεχθεί την προσφορά μας αφενός και αφετέρου να έχει ποιο ποιοτικούς προμηθευτές . We bought three LED lights from this store. The lamp Toledo 55W 4950im Dimmable 3 0 € 1 LEG-100R02L-BL - Aiman K0AIKOL (SKU, AT 142044) (I attach the receipt) came in its box and the electrician took two hours to assemble it properly since the cables were put in completely wrong sockets. In the end he put it on and we finally thought all was well. After about two months of use (maximum 10 hours of operation) part of the led tape burned (attach a relevant photo). We contacted the store and they informed us that we should send it back, have it repaired and return it to us. That is, to charge 100 euros to electricians for a lamp 130 euros and to leave the living room in the winter without light. Then we suggested that they send us the same luminaire to reduce the costs of the electrician but our request was not accepted as it was not described in the warranty ……. I will never buy anything from mr Led again because I believe that the store should accept our offer on the one hand and have the best quality suppliers on the other.
