★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική περίπτωση ιδιαιτέρως χρήσιμης κτηριακής εγκαταστάσεως, σε καλό σημείο χωροταξικά, η οποία όμως χρήζει μεγαλύτερης προσοχής και φροντίδας από τους αρμόδιους γι'αυτήν, καθώς και σημαντικών παρεμβάσεων ανανεώσεως κι εκσυγχρονισμού των υποδομών. Υπό προϋποθέσεις, θα μπορούσε να λειτουργεί καθημερινά, κι όχι περιστασιακά, αποτελώντας σημείο αναφοράς για την πόλη και πόλο έλξης χάρη στις δραστηριότητες στον χώρο αυτόν! ?
An exceptional case of a particularly useful building site, in good spatial planning, but which needs more attention and care by those responsible for it, as well as major infrastructure renewal and modernization interventions. Provided it could operate daily, not occasionally, making it a reference point for the city and attraction thanks to its activities! ?
