The Asian collection is one of the largest in Europe and well displayed with special exhibition too. The collection at the turn of the century poses a deeply interesting insight into how the gathering of knowledge of other cultures had been a vital task in the formation of a nation. The current issue of imperial collecting is not casting its shadow as everything was acquired in Europe. For those aware of the importance of learning history, not only how Asia presents itself, but also how a Greek collector tried to understand Asia, it's a good choice.

Throne room was closed for maintenance, but staff were kind enough to let us take a peek inside as there was not many visitors. Affordable price too during the off season of €3.

Was interesting to read the facts and observe( yes, there is a lot of text written next to exhibits so if not to be lazy, it would be much more interesting). Inside museum is chilly which a nice way to spend extremely hot summer dAy.

S	Sudarut W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must to visit if you like museum and Asian arts ? a lot to read and see! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning during the walks! ? You can't take a photo at the exhibition but outside is the best place to take a photo of Old Corfu Fortress!!!

It took us around 2 hours to go through all the rooms but we wanted to read almost everything in detail. For sure you can make it in 1:30 if you skip some rooms that are not so interesting

I have added pictures and info which I found particularly interesting. There is a lot more interesting things to see so please visit.
