Stumbled upon this amazing place and stayed for more than an hour - George the owner gave us a tour around his collection which he himself collected around crete from the last 15 years - fossils, local herbs and natural dyes. Everything is filled with great knowledge and interesting details.
Increadibly cool guy, he'll sure to give you cold mountain tea and figs in season.
So happy we got to this place, if you like nature or have a spare 15 min (which will surely become an hour) be sure to pay a visit!

Knowledgeable and welcoming George took us around the museum personally pointing out interesting artefacts and explaining what they were. Well worth a stop here and donate generously!
