Music is really important to us and we spent a long time choosing special songs to create moments through the ceremony, speeches, first dance, party etc. Aris took his time to listen to us and understand us, our families and our love for music, in meetings before the wedding and on the day. He made it all work perfectly, including timing the bride's entrance to perfection by looping parts of the song and playing an exact bit at the right moment. Genius! He was patient as we made all our decisions. He gave advice and he was really calming and encouraging when we felt stressed and unorganised - even when we had to postpone our wedding. And of course, he threw a great party!! We gave him ideas of what we liked and didn't like but also trusted him to know what to play - and he did! Most of all, we loved having Aris at our wedding because he grew into a friend. We had a laugh together and he really cared about us as people and about making our day special. He did more than DJing, he looked after us too. Having him there was wonderful and we're proud to say we've made a friend. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's a fantastic DJ and also just a really great person.

He listens to what you want, double checks every detail and makes suggestions where you ask for them. He was with us every second of our special day and made sure everything when perfectly smoothly. His character is charming and very personable and he's just like working with a trusted friend.. We can't recommend Aris highly enough and if we could go back and do it all again...Aris would be at the top of our list to contact. Thank you from all of us Aris. P	Philip Fowler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked our wedding for White Palace in Rethymno, Crete and we were advised that Aris was a DJ at Musicevent they collaborated with on many occasions for events. Due to the fact that we live in England, we arranged 2 Skype conversations with Aris before the event in May 2022, and after the first conversation with Aris, we found a lovely, approachable guy who put us at ease knowing we should be in safe hands with the music for our event! We were sent a questionnaire ahead of the event to fill out, where we could detail all of our music choices for the day, such as first dances, bride entrance music etc and we’re encouraged to start creating a Spotify playlist also. We arrived in Crete and the day after Aris came to the hotel to meet us and again he was found to be the great guy we spoke to on Skype, and we ran through some last minute details ahead of the wedding 2 days later. On the day, Aris used his skills to incorporate our playlist into the evening after dinner, and even during dinners after speeches and toasts I asked that he played a selection of ‘chilled’ music, and he delivered this perfectly. He also encouraged requests, and asked for mine and my wife’s validation on the requests which was nice. He even got us back up and running quickly after 2 power cuts! All in all, I can’t recommend Aris’ and Musicevent’s services enough. He was really good at what he did, ensuring the music was run smoothly throughout our wedding reception. Phil

Not only is he incredibly kind, but he catered to the wide variety of nationalities we had at our wedding. He took all our requests into account but also read the room and made sure the party kept going. The night before the wedding he even called us to confirm a couple of things as I'd sent the wrong links by accident. So grateful he took such care for our special day.
