★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα κατάστημα με μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων που αφορούν υπολογιστή, κινητά και όχι μόνο στην τοπική αγορά της Χαριλάου που δεν εχει να ζηλέψει του κέντρου Ευγένεια και εξυπηρέτηση και προθυμία όπως και υποστήριξη των προϊόντων που πουλάει! Έχω αγοράσει αρκετές φορές πραγματακαι παντα συναντησα την ίδια προθυμία. Δοκιμάστε το.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση! Κατ' αρχήν βρήκα τον φορτιστή - μετασχηματιστή του λάπτοπ που νόμιζα ότι είχα χάσει. Έτρεξαν 3 άτομα να με εξυπηρετήσουν αλληλοκαλυπτομενοι άψογα ενόσω εξυπηρετούσαν ταυτόχρονα ακόμη 2-3 πελάτες, χωρίς να αισθανθώ ούτε στιγμή παραμέληση. Όλη τους η προσοχή ήταν επάνω μου, να βρουν τον κατάλληλο φορτιστή, να το φέρουν από την αποθήκη, όλα σωστά καταχωρημένα στο πληροφοριακό τους σύστημα, όταν ήρθε να ελέγξουν ότι ήταν το σωστό, ο ένας εξυπηρετούσε και παράλληλα η προηγουμε που το ξεκίνησε επιβεβαίωνε ότι όλα πήγαιναν καλά, πλήρωσα με κάρτα, κόπηκε απόδειξη το πήρα κι έφυγα. Μετά όταν διαπίστωσα ότι ο φορτιστής μου δεν είχε χαθεί και το επέστρεψα, αμέσως και χωρίς ενδοιασμό ακύρωσαν την χρέωση στην κάρτα, τόσο που στεναχωρήθηκα που τελικά δεν το αγόρασα. Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα , χαίρονται να εξυπηρετούν τον πελάτη προσπαθώντας να ικανοποιήσουν την ανάγκη του κι όχι να του πουλήσουν οτιδήποτε. Το διαπίστωσα κι από τους άλλους πελάτες που παράλληλα εξυπηρετούσαν. Μακράν η καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση που είχα ποτέ σε κατάστημα τεχνολογίας.
Great service! At first I found the laptop charger - transformer that I thought I was missing. They allowed 3 people to serve me overlapping seamlessly while serving 2-3 more clients at the same time, without even feeling neglected. All their attention was on me, to find the right charger, to bring it from the warehouse, all properly registered in their information system, when it came to checking that it was right, one serving and at the same time the one who started it confirmed that everything was going well, i paid with a card, i got a receipt and i left. Then when I found out that my charger had not been lost and returned it, they immediately canceled the charge on the card so I was upset that I finally didn't buy it. I highly recommend them, they are happy to serve the customer trying to satisfy his need and not to sell him anything. I also found it from other customers who served at the same time. By far the best service I've ever had in a tech shop.
