a	al kiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα δεν υστερεί σε ποικιλία προϊόντων και οι τιμές του είναι λογικές. Η εξυπηρέτηση εντός του καταστήματος όμως δεν ήταν αξιόλογη. Υπήρχε ένας άνθρωπος μόνο και είχε αναλάβει όλα τα πόστα με αποτέλεσμα να εξυπηρετηθώ πολύ αργά. Ζήτησα μία δική τους σύνθεση desktop PC, μου επιβεβαίωσε πως σε δύο εργάσιμες θα είναι έτοιμο και μετά από τέσσερις ακόμα δεν έλαβα τηλεφώνημα. Τελικά επισκέυθηκα το κοντινό κατάστημα Tetrabyte όπου με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά, και ήταν λίγο οικονομικότεροι στα εξαρτήματα που αναζητούσα. The store does not lag behind in a variety of products and its prices are reasonable. The in-store service however was not worth it. There was only one man and he had taken over all the posts so I served very late. I asked for their own desktop PC setup, it confirmed to me that it would be ready in two business days and after four more I didn't receive a phone call. Eventually I visited the nearby Tetrabyte store where they served me promptly and efficiently, and were a bit cheaper in the accessories I was looking for.

Και μάλιστα με αλλαγή 2 φορές μέσα στην ίδια ημέρα από μεριάς μου του σημείου παράδοσης, κάτι το οποίο δέχτηκαν αναντίρρητα και με εξυπηρέτησαν απόλυτα. Θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσω. Ευχαριστώ πολυ! Δικαιολογίες, όποτε τους έπαιρνα εγώ, πολλές. Αποτέλεσμα μηδέν. Αναρωτιέμαι... δεν υπάρχει καμία διάθεση για πωλήσεις και χρήματα???Λυπάμαι πραγματικά για τις δύο ώρες που έφαγα απο τον πολύτιμο χρόνο μου για να τους αναλύσω τις εταιρικές μας ανάγκες. Μάλιστα επειδή έγινε κάποιο λάθος με το προϊόν που παράγγειλα για να μην ξαναπάω μπήκαν στη διαδικασία να μου το φέρουν παρά το ευτελές κόστος του προϊόντος. Πολύ ικανοποιημένος. Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Very satisfied with both the price and the service. A	ATHANASIOS GKOUNELAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αγορά αφορούσε Η/Υ gaming, τα κομμάτια ήρθαν στην ώρα τους, μάλιστα παραγγείλαμε μνήμες με ψηλό προφίλ ( τις οποίες μας τις άλλαξαν κατευθείαν) γιατί δεν χωρουσανε λόγω ψυκτρας επεξεργαστή, μας κάνανε δωρεάν και τη σύνθεση και δοκιμή του Η/Υ. Επίσης η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και όχι απρόσωπη (σημαντικό για εμάς). The purchase was for PC gaming, the pieces came on time, in fact we ordered high profile memories (which they changed directly for us) because they did not fit due to the processor cooler, they made the composition and test of the PC for free. Also the communication was flawless and not impersonal (important to us).
