But there are two kind of staff; Firstly the ladies with white suit, I don't know who teach them how to take care of the customer, they are very rude, never friendly and one of them came with us to our room and she was telling us everything like I was a dump person, incredible I never felt it before. Only one lady with white suit was correctly with us. Secondly the rest of the staff, waiters, valet, cleaners, ..., and the man(no white suit)who was working at Reception on the morning October 22nd 2021 are amazing, friendly and wonderful person. Believe I don't understand why the ladies with the white suit aren't as good as the other staff

The rooms are stunning and are kept so clean. There is so much choice at breakfast and even though we only paid for breakfast we often ate at the hotel for lunch and dinner as the food was SO good. The gym was well equipped and often quiet. The staff really made this trip special. They’d come around the pool with daily surprises like cold face towels or homemade ice lollies. We’ll definitely be returning and will try another myconian resort. Thanks for the best trip!

I purposely phoned them twice for a balcony and didn’t get it.When I challenged them about this they didn’t want to no about it.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, friendly and overall a place I could actually wind down and enjoy the spa options they offered. Id recommend this place if anyone is looking for a quiet spot to get away from the night life.

The staff treats you like family and makes sure your whole trip goes smoothly and perfect. Anything we needed we were able to get! The food by the pool was UNREAL. Get the pizza. The bartender Panos is probably the best bartender we have experienced with such skill and talent when making his drinks. Our cleaning woman was so sweet and made sure our room was clean and then would come back later to set us up for sleep! Would absolutely come back!!!
