Just been upgraded and next to the beach , very handy , great service on the beach , don't get fooled by the offer of stay at the last back two rows of beds for free as long as you eat at our restaurant , you must get the beach girl to take you into the restaurant after or they will say you never ate

Think twice before you book at Mykonos Palace Beach Hotel , We were there last year on the 11-15th of July 2015 for what was meant to be our pre-wedding celebrations party and we are still dealing with a refund of $600 Euro cancellation fee that was charged to our cards for NO reason. Mr and Mrs Theohari hotel owners cunningly withdrew from our credit card without our consent. Up to before we left Greece they promised to refund the cancellation fee NO SHOW we are still waiting for it. We spend over $1900 Euro in 4 days in their hotel and we enjoyed every cent of it, what we didn't enjoy is getting robbed. This year we are heading back to Mykonos definitely NOT staying there again. My husband and I thought you should all know.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon, they advertise many great things in their four star hotel online but don’t deliver. They don’t advertise that their management system is within Mykonos Dove. They don’t tell you that the standard rooms are next to the cleaners room, and the laundry room. Our front entry area is the smoking and lunch area for the staff. The front door didn’t even have a handle. The staff don’t know what they’re talking about. I had to ask them about basic hotel information, such as wifi password, breakfast service, pool opening/closing and housekeeping, they didn’t provide us with any information on arrival. Our room didn’t get cleaned until we asked them, they said they forgot. I should mention the shower head is positioned in an awkward position, the mirror has been quick fixed from cracks with paint, there are very small windows (900x300) which don’t provide natural light into the room. It almost feels like a prison cell. The room must not be close to the wifi signal as it doesn’t pick up internet. For what you pay for which is a lot of money, the conditions are equivalent to a standard you’d find in a motel or hostel. The only good thing about this place is the beach location.

Best place to stay in Mykonos! They picked us up from the port and dropped us off. Completely luxury vacation spot. Right in the beach, clear water, amazing chairs and umbrellas, best food, complimentary breakfast, outstanding service (even while on the beach), rooms were excellent, bar excellent. Just overall perfect. Best hotel we stayed at in Greece. Very romantic resort. I would've stayed here the whole 2 weeks I was in Greece if I could! The only thing I would change is to make the pool heated. I wanted to get in it but it was ice cold! If it was heated, it would get used more for when the ocean water is too cold. :)

Awful. Totally overpriced paid €680 euros for two nights for two rooms I wouldn’t even stay here if someone paid me. On arrival we had to pay an extra €100 euros for an upgrade.Where to even begin with the room, the furniture is about 30 years old. Yellow/brown stained net curtains. Awful hard mattress. Wires coming out the wall. Door doesn’t shut properly and blows in the wind. Noisy. Room is generally old and run down and is priced at €180 per night! Woke up in the middle of the night to water coming through the ceiling which flooded the bathroom which is surely a health and safety risk. Told the night manager who moved me to another room which had even more flooding so moved back to the original room. In the morning we wanted to check out and have the next night refunded. The manager was very rude and unhelpful. Manager was staring at my chest throughout and told me I had a bug on my chest which I flicked of to his amusement. Would not give a refund for the second night and wouldn’t even give a refund for the upgrade we paid for! Total joke! He then offered us an upgrade to the other hotel but we just wanted to get out ASAP cut our losses and check into another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. Bad WiFi and you also have to pay for the sun beds. Will definitely not be returning.
