The pillows and bed are flat, no shower head in the shower, rust and calcium all over the bathroom, the A/C-heater works. Service is good from most workers minus one exception. The infinity pool is amazing. Breakfast is buffet style, get there early so that you can get it before it’s gone! Thanks for listening.

C	Carly Gregory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this accommodation no star if I could - dirty, scruffy rooms and beds - bed bugs and ants. Housekeeping should be sacked. When speaking to reception about issues we were called liars. Showed photographs and asked management to attend our room but still called a liar. No iron or kettle in room (even though advertised with these items). Hot tub had green water in it - disgusting. Only nice person there was the young lad to helped with the cases. AVOID THIS PLACE or end up with with bug bites.

The infinity pool is amazing but it is not cleaned and maintained during offseason. It is more a BnB than a hotel though and they need to hire more staff, its just 2 people doing everything from reception to cleaning.

Our first night they did not have any rooms for us so they moved us to another hotel behind them. The second day when we were able to check in. We asked to be moved to another room,and they told us it was too much trouble. I couldn't believe she was telling me this. Ourlast day we asked to use a computer and once again we were told no. Overall not very impressed the the front desk staff

The location is an easy 10 minute walk to the edge of town and only steps from the beach. The rooms are cosy and functional and if you get a balcony or patio, the views are enchanting.

It is across the street from a beach and a ten minute walk to the center of town. What makes this hotel so special is the service. The staff truly wanted to make our vacation special. They arranged for transportation, recommended excellent affordable restaurants, and informed us of the perfect beach to enjoy. Chris, one of the employees even followed up on my day and told me goodbye abs to come back. My wife and I travel a lot and are lifetime Titanium with Marriott. We demand great service. We were not disappointed by Chris and the other staff members. We have our own 5500 sq foot beach property in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island that is rented. I hope our guest receive similar service that my family receive.

I felt the staff was informative and genuinely was helpful during our stay. It was convenient to the town center, 7 min walk. Cons: The mattress was very hard with a very thin mattress pad. The linens were thread bare, pillows were hard and only supplied two, the bathroom shower wet the whole bathroom.
