M	Mounoir Lifestyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent receptionist. They treat you from the start like they're making you a favor. If this was the last hotel in Agios Nikolaos to sleep in, i would rather sleep on the beach. I don't recommend. Also, they don't refund your money (even though it is a pandemic going on) so if you get sick or have a personal issue, your money is gone because the hunger for money is way over the customer experience and we'll being. - 1 star for everything!
J	Jacqueline Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location to the town so easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful , lovely rooms with very comfortable beds cleaned daily had a mini pool which was very nice would stay again
B	Bogdan V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have reviewed this with 5* of it was for Monik and her colleague working in the reception but the other lady, although was polite, she did not want to understand the government and city tax are included in the probe of the room we paid on booking.com. Although I explained her a couple of times she still has her own version. It was 0.5€/night but I don't want to pay twice. in the end I paid and she could not offer an invoice for that. Apart from that incident, the pictures of the room on booking were not corresponding with the room we had. when I mentioned that, she said that booking is managing that not them. the space between the shower and sink was so small that you could hardly sit on the WC. they had some issues with the water on the ground in the bathroom. there is no parking but we were suggested to park near a tennis field that is 5 min walking.

I	Isabelle Brückel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice and tidy, but be careful with the size of the rooms. Especially the bathroom is too small for the size of the room if you compare. You cannot stay in the bathroom with two persons and there is no door in the shower, so the water is flooding the whole bathroom. The beds are really comfortable. The AC could work for my feeling a little better. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice to have breakfast in this open air area. Breakfast itself was okay, but nothing special (for example no fried eggs). The location in Agios Nikolaos is very nice. You have the beach and many restaurants around and the main part of the old city with all the restaurants around the lake is only a 10 min walk. There is no car parking from the hotel, but you can find parking lots for free on the streets or a free parking area down the street a 3 min walk.

Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, nice size with a balcony too overlooking the pool. The shower is a little small but works perfectly. Wish we stayed longer
