m	maureen byrne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms ok. Alot of noise if at front of hotel. Nothing for small children, which was fine for us. Went all inclusive, wouldn't do it again, it seemed good was recycled alot of nights. Unless you like the local drink, then B&B. Would be better. Clean rooms etc. Staff ok. Lovely place for holiday, lots if things to do in Crete. Swimming pool very small and cold! 3 star. No entertainment at all.

They have two hotel buildings neither of which is great but the 2nd hotel building has small very basic rooms in really noisy corridors so expect to be woken up from early morning by slamming doors. The main hotel is better but still pretty basic. Buffet restaurant is pretty poor, look warm school dinner style food not very tasty and not much variety, with so much good food in the local restaurants it's a waste of time eating here

There is one very small swimming pool and the over crowded small strip public beach is 200 m a way through the traffic . The staff are not helpful I requested the room not to be cleaned in the siesta time they refused abdul
B	Bill Perkinton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel consists of two buildings with a street in between, which is a little awkward. Rooms are clean and of average size and staff are helpful. No entertainment, and the all-inclusive package is basic ie no vodka or some other spirits and even Cola light is not on the all inclusive list! (Diabetics and slimmers can drink water!!) Overall, an enjoyable holiday with few frills.

The bar staff may seem grumpy and abrupt at times but so would I if I had to do their shifts. They are really nice once you've won them over. Some of the guests can make it unpleasant at times as they are rude to staff with their rediculous requests and it upsets other guests. This hotel has a great mixture of cultures and nationalities and is close to a sandy beach and bars.

The hotel is perfectly situated less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and town. Gorgeous scenery right on the doorstep. Good selection of food at meal times, served buffet style. If you're expecting 5 star facilities at 3 star prices this hotel is not for you. If you're looking for a place to relax or as a base to explore Crete then for the price I don't think you can do much better. Fabulous location ?
E	Epic Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my room there was only ONE free plug. I suggest bringing those things you plug in that actually have more sockets. The food is awesome. The pool is decent. Not small, but not big. There is no gym and the beach is very close.

But... the hairdryer was not working, it was not possible to close the door from inside, the whole hotel had only one iron which was kind of "burned" and not functioning. 4 stars hotel? I would say 1star hotel or maximum 2, because of the food which was always really fresh, tasty and various.
