★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing in this hotel is a restaurant, Especially a manager. A food was really good, it was always to choose from 6-8 main dishes. Maybe just at Breakfast time everyday was the same, no changes, maybe could be better at this point. But it was tasty. A personal in general was really kind. Bartender at pool area was really friendly. Rooms are cleaned everyday ( towels change and etc.) the biggest problem was wifi, signal is weak, just working at some places, like pool ( better). A view from restaurant is awesome. 10 min walking to city town. 1 minute to mini beach. The main beach is 5 min walking. 2.5 euros to pay for a beach-bed ( or use your own towel). A room was clean, but had an old uncleaning spots, same with shower. Hot water enough just for one person. If second wants to do shower instantly it will be just warm ( it's ok because outside is hot :) ) . Condition is working ok. Fridge available (empty). safe you can use with additional charge. At night found a cockroach in restroom (but it is common in greeks island ). Mostly over 40 yrs people. Good for lazy days, no noise, or to rent a car and do sightseeing.

Fantastic view from the balcony, I recommend the new part with larger and newer appartements bit there is literally no bad room : the units are built on the hill so that everyone has a view.
Warning though: make sure you secure a room in the lower levels if you are disabled or have difficulties walking uphill or using stairs as it can be pretty steep ! If you are in good physical condition take the highest levels, definitely worth the daily effort and you will leave the lower ones for those who actually need them!

Quality and diversity of food is actually very good compared to other all inclusive hotels I have tried in Crete. Perhaps being a French holiday hub, this hotel focus on French culinary standards.
The holiday goers here are mostly French, very happy and awesome bunch that are friendly, smiling and enjoying the food, sun and wine.
Loved a lil French getaway in the Greek holiday.
Ps: the Crete culinary favourites are very present in the restaurants, just has additional French integrations totals it to next level.
Overall,I was skeptical before booking but this place has won me over. Very close to beaches and a sea lounge, and 10 min walk to city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lots of choice for breakfast. Very nice service. Perfect place on the sidelines of the city, at the same time walking very quickly to the center. The beach and the water are very clean, but unfortunately the stone is not sand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view you will need to walk since the hotel rooms are split on several terrace. Really nice staff. Breakfast buffet and Buffet when even kids will find what they like. Nice salad as well
