Μ	ΜΑΤΙΝΑ ΝΤΑΚΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρωτη φορά γραφω κατι αρνητικό για καταστημα .Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να κάνεις κρατηση σε προιον με πληρωμένο κάποιο ποσό και να μη σε ενημερωνουν για την ημερομηνια άφιξης του προϊόντος στο καταστημα ούτως ώστε να πας να το παραλάβεις ούτε το χρονικό διάστημα που μπορούν να κάνεις την κράτηση. Άργησα η αληθεια ειναι να παω να παραλάβω γιατί ημουν ήσυχη οτι θα με ειχαν ενημερώσει πριν δωσουν το προιον κάπου αλλού. Δυστυχώς εκανα πολύ μεγάλο λάθος. Δεν κρατάς πελατεία με τέτοια συμπεριφορά πολιτικής του καταστήματος η της συγκεκριμενης εταιρείας....ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ For the first time I write something negative about a store. Γ	Γιάννης Πανου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα αθλητικό παπούτσι της τάξεως των 149€ στις 26/01 και το φόρεσα μια φορά. Υπάρχει στο πίσω μέρος του παπουτσιού θηλιά η οποία βοηθάει για να βάλεις το παπούτσι το οποίο κόπηκε. Επικοινωνισα με το κατάστημα και ζήτησα ραντεβού για αλλαγή. Πήγα σήμερα και ηταν αρνητικοι γιατί το είχα φορέσει. Αν δεν το είχα φορέσει θα κοβόταν??? Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για την πολιτική τους και την ποιότητα τούς.... I bought a sports shoe of the order of 149 € on 26/01 and wore it once. There is a loop on the back of the shoe which helps to put the shoe that was cut. I contacted the store and asked for an appointment for a change. I went today and they were negative because I wore it. If I had not worn it it would have been cut ??? There are no words for their policy and their quality ....

Επειδή έχω πρόβλημα πάντα με το νούμερο του παπουτσιού επιλέγω την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Αν και αυτή την φορά με κέρδισε ο υπεύθυνος του καταστήματος κυρίως Γιάννης ο οποίος ήταν άψογος επαγγελματίας. Awesome store like all nak shoes but also very good service! Because I always have a problem with the shoe number, I choose this company. Although this time I was won over by the manager of the store, mainly Giannis, who was an impeccable professional.

Βρίσκεις μεγάλες φόρμες για γυναίκες που φοράνε πάνω από 40-41. Οι τιμές είναι αρκετά υψηλές όμως και για περίοδο εκπτώσεων... I visited the store last night. The store staff is very helpful! Especially the girl with the glasses. Well done! You will find great overalls for women who wear over 40-41. The prices are quite high but also for a period of discounts ...
E	Eleni A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθα στη ΝΑΚ στο mall για να αλλάξω ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια που είχα αγοράσει μέσω Internet και δεν ταίριαζε το νούμερο. Η συμπεριφορά ενός νεαρού (μάλλον υπεύθυνος) ήταν απαράδεκτη. Αγενής. Με προσέβαλε ότι του είπα ψέματα και το παπούτσι ήταν φορεμένο (που δεν ήταν φυσικά). Ντροπή. Το άλλαξε αλλά αφού του είπα αν είναι να μη θέλετε να το αλλάξετε μην το αλλάξετε αλλά δεν μπορείτε να με προσβάλλετε ότι λέω και ψέματα για αλλάξω ένα νούμερο παπουτσιού. Έλεος. Αν και νέος καθόλου μέσα στο πνεύμα της αγοράς. Εννοείται ότι δε θα ξαναέρθω εδώ για ΝΑΚ (τα οποία μου αρέσουν και τα φοράω σε πολλές καθημερινές δραστηριότητες γιατί είναι άνετα) ψωνίζω μια χαρά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και στο McArthour. Λάθος άνθρωπος σε λάθος θέση. Οι υπόλοιποι ευγενείς αλλά και ένα άτομο φτάνει για να χαλάσει την εικόνα ενός καταστήματος και να σου χαλάσει και τη διάθεση. Staff would have to check if many models were available at other stores and could take a few days to bring to this one. Staff was helpful but could be slow. Shoe organization in store was not good.
