ר	רות דיין on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ דירת שלושה חדרים, מיטות מפנקות, מאוד נקי, מטבח מאובזר בנוחות, קרובה למרכז. הבעייה העיקרית והיחידה שירותים אחד שאמור לשרת מספר אנשים. אני התפעלתי בעיקר מהמעלית הישנה שהחזירה אותנו בזמן לתחילת המאה הקודמת? Three-room apartment, luxurious beds, very clean, comfortably equipped kitchen, close to the center. The main and only problem is one services that should serve several people. I mostly admired the old elevator that took us back in time to the beginning of the last century?
V	Vangelis Parris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα πάρα πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα για να φιλοξενήσει μια ομάδα φίλων/συνεργατών στα 3 δωμάτια που διαθέτει. Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι παραπάνω από ευρύχωρα, και το γεγονός ότι είναι ψηλοτάβανα δίνει ιδιαίτερη χροιά και αρχοντιά στην ευρυχωρία τους. Τα κρεβάτια «αυτοκρατορικά» και σε μέγεθος και σε άνεση, και φυσικά με πεντακάθαρα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Το μπάνιο μοντέρνο και πεντακάθαρο, με όλα τα απαραίτητα υλικά προσωπικής περιποίησης. Μόνο που μετά από ένα ντους, κάποια ελάχιστα νερά βγήκαν στο πάτωμα από την ντουζιέρα που δεν είναι εξ ολοκλήρου κλειστή με καμπίνα. Άνετο το σαλόνι, αλλά το οβάλ τραπέζι της τραπεζαρίας βόλεψε περισσότερο για την μεταμεσονύκτια ανασκόπηση της εργασίας μας, με τη συνοδεία εκλεκτού οίνου. Στην κουζίνα υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη, καφετιέρα εσπρέσο, τοστιέρα, κλπ καθώς ψυγειοκαταψύκτης, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα και πλυντήριο πιάτων. Ευχάριστος ο «μίνιμαλ» διάκοσμος και όμορφα τα φωτιστικά. Η θέα προς τους Στύλους του Ολυμπίου Διός, και στο βάθος τον Λυκαβηττό είναι εξαιρετική. Τα καλά κουφώματα δεν αφήνουν τον θόρυβο της λεωφόρου να περάσει στο εσωτερικό του διαμερίσματος σε βαθμό που να ενοχλεί. Τελικό συμπέρασμα: ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα, σε προνομιακή τοποθεσία, με θέα σε ένα από τα σπουδαία μνημεία της Αθήνας, κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια ομάδα 6 ατόμων με ιδιαίτερη άνεση και λογικότατη τιμή. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον Γιάννη, που εκτός των άλλων ενδιαφέρθηκε για κάποιο μηχανικό πρόβλημα στο αυτοκίνητό μας, μάλιστα μας τηλεφώνησε αφού είχαμε φύγει να μάθει αν αποκαταστάθηκε η βλάβη!!! A very good apartment to accommodate a group of friends / associates in its 3 rooms. All rooms are more than spacious, and the fact that they have high ceilings gives a special touch and nobility to their spaciousness. The beds are "imperial" in size and comfort, and of course with spotless bedding. The bathroom is modern and spotless, with all the necessary personal care materials. Only after a shower, some water came out on the floor from the shower that is not completely closed with a cabin. The living room was comfortable, but the oval dining table was more suitable for the midnight review of our work, accompanied by fine wine. In the kitchen there were all the necessary utensils, espresso machine, toaster, etc as well as fridge-freezer, electric stove and dishwasher. Pleasant "minimal" decoration and beautiful lighting. The view to the Pillars of Olympian Zeus, and in the background Lycabettus is excellent. The good frames do not let the noise of the avenue pass inside the apartment to a degree that bothers. Final conclusion: a wonderful accommodation, in a privileged location, overlooking one of the great monuments of Athens, suitable to accommodate a group of 6 people with great comfort and a very reasonable price. Many thanks to Giannis, who among other things was interested in a mechanical problem in our car, in fact he called us after we had left to find out if the damage was repaired !!!

A oublier si vous voulez dormir, c'est EXTREMEMENT bruyant à cause de la rue en bas et la symphonie de klaxon dés le matin! Pseudo luxurious apartment, but quite poorly equipped for what you usually find in Athens. To forget if you want to sleep, it is EXTREMELY noisy because of the street below and the horn symphony in the morning!
