Εγω προσωπικά ανακάλυψα οτι μου είχαν αρπάξει τα γυαλιά ηλίου μου, μαζι με τη θήκη, μεσα απο το ντουλαπάκι του συνοδηγού, και αφου εκανα γραπτή καταγγελία και την κοινοποίησα με email, ακομα περιμένω να επικοινωνήσουν μαζι μου και να με ενημερώσουν για τις ενέργειες που έκαναν.
Επιπλέον, έμαθα μεσα απο την εταιρεια, οτι και παλιότερα είχαν γίνει παρόμοιες κλοπές στο σέρβις, αλλα η εταιρεία φαινεται οτι δεν πήρε τα μέτρα που απαιτούνται για να εκλείψει αυτο το πρόβλημα και να προστατέψει τους πελάτες της.

I personally found out that my sunglasses had been snatched from me, along with the case, through the passenger compartment, and after I made a written complaint and notified it by email, I am still waiting for them to contact me and inform me about the actions they took .
In addition, I learned from the company that similar thefts had taken place in the past, but the company did not seem to take the necessary steps to eliminate this problem and protect its customers.

He does not understand the concept of a conversation and when questioned goes off on a tangent.
Terrible gentlemen and a worst experience.
Try not to deal with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhelpful staff. Took us two hours to get the car. They kept coming up with unexpected costs and norms, prolonging the process. When I used budget car rentals it didn’t take us 10 mins to get the car. Today we spent two hours waiting !!!
