★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man sich nicht auskennt, steht man erstmal dumm herum. Es gibt keine Informationsschalter und keine Ansprechpartner. Der Kunde ist eher Bittsteller, als Kunde. Meine Ansprechpartnerin glänzte mit Reserviertheit. So gewinnt man keine neuen Kunden.
If you don't know your way around, you'll just stand there stupidly. There are no information desks and no contact persons. The customer is more a supplicant than a customer. My contact person shone with reserve. That's not how you get new customers.
