★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καινουργιο μεν καθολου φιλικο δε . Οποτε και να πας μεσα στον μηνα πειμενεις απο το λιγοτερο μιση ωρα μεχρι να φας κανα 3ωρο . Οι καναπεδες οτι πρεπει για να σου βγει η μεση

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική συμπεριφορά στην επικοινωνία και την εξυπηρέτηση, ο τόνος κ το ύφος στον απλό άνθρωπο που δεν γνωρίζει από τεχνολογία η οποιαδήποτε συναλλαγή δεν έχει ως δικαιολογία καμία κούραση ψυχολογικη. Αν δεν μπορούν ασ μην κάνουν αυτήν την δουλειά.
Tragic behavior in communication and service, the tone and style to the common man who does not know by technology any transaction has no excuse for any psychological fatigue. If they can not let them do this job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 μέρες για να ανοίξουν ένα λογαριασμό. Απαράδεκτοι. Και ακόμα τίποτα.........θα ξαναπάω σήμερα. edit: μετά απο έναν μήνα αν δεν έβαζα τις φωνές στην ίδια την δντρια ακόμα θα περίμενα........τραγικοί..............τουλάχιστον η κυρία που μας έφτιαξε τον λογαριασμό για την σύνταξη χηρείας της μαμάς ήταν ευγενέστατη αν και το online σύστημα ήταν γτπ και η όλη διαδικασία κράτησε 2+ ώρες...........
8 days to open an account. Unacceptable. And still nothing ......... I will go again today. edit: after a month if I did not put the voices in the doctor herself I would still wait ........ tragic .............. at least the lady who made us the account for mom's widow's pension was very polite although the online system was gtp and the whole process took 2+ hours ...........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απλά απαράδεκτοι!Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση,διαλέγουν τους πελάτες τους και ποιους θέλουν να εξυπηρετήσουν και ποιους όχι.Καλυτερα να προτιμήσουμε κάποιο άλλο υποκατάστημα.
They are simply unacceptable! Unacceptable service, they choose their customers and who they want to serve and who they do not. Better to prefer another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρετηθηκα αρκετα γρηγορα.Το προβλημα ειναι οτι λογω covid περιμενεις εξω στην ουρα με αντιξοοες καιρικες συνθηκες και δν υπαρχει ενας ανθρωπος να τα βαζει σε μια σειρα.Πχ ατομο περιμενε αρκετη ωρα μονο και μονο για να παει στο μηχανημα για μια καταθεση.
The service is quite fast. The problem is that due to covid you wait outside in the queue with adverse weather conditions and there is not a single person to put them in a row. For example, a person waited long enough to go to the machine for a deposit.
