★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν έχουν καμία διάθεση να σε εξυπηρετήσουν, λες και σου κάνουν χάρη ένα πράγμα! Απλά κρίμα! Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν οι εφαρμογές e-banking και δεν χρειάζεται να πηγαίνουμε από το κατάργησα.
Unfortunately, they are not in the mood to serve you, as if they are doing you a favor! Just a pity! Fortunately there are e-banking applications and we do not need to go from the removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα άλλες δύο φορές στο παρελθόν και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν απαράδεκτη .Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω συναντήσει σε τράπεζα με διαφορα.Σημερα όμως φτάσαμε σε άλλο επίπεδο.Αφου λοιπόν η διοίκηση της Εθνικής Τράπεζας αδιαφορεί για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της η λύση είναι εύκολη και είναι η διακοπή της συνεργασίας μαζί της
I visited this branch two more times in the past and the service was unacceptable. The worst service I have encountered in a bank with various. But today we have reached another level. So since the management of the National Bank does not care about customer service the solution is easy and is to stop working with her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!! Μια φορά απάντησαν στο τηλέφωνο και ρώτησα τι χρειάζεται να έχω μαζί μου για προσθήκη ανηλίκου σε λογαριασμό και έκτοτε τηλεφωνώ καθημερινά για να κλείσω ραντεβού και δεν το σηκώνει κανείς...
Unacceptable !!! Once they answered the phone and I asked what I need to have with me to add a minor to the account and since then I call every day to make an appointment and no one picks it up ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο κατάστημα με διαφορά...3 άτομα περιμέναμε για δουλειά ταμείου 2 ώρες περίπου έξω στο κρύο.. Ενώ μέσα έβαζαν αβέρτα κόσμο με τηλέφωνα και ραντεβού. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να είναι μόνιμα γεμάτο με το ανώτατο όριο μέσα και εμείς για μια ανάληψη στο ταμείο περιμέναμε πάνω από 1 μισή ώρα.. Οι υπάλληλοι αγενέστατοι και Αργοσχολοι...Στην Ελλαδισταν τελικά ακόμα και για μια ανάληψη θέλεις βύσμα.. Εύχομαι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι εκεί να το βρείτε μπροστά σας...Γαιδουρια
The worst store by far ... 3 people were waiting for cashier work for about 2 hours outside in the cold .. While inside they were making a lot of people with phones and appointments. The result was to be permanently full with the ceiling inside and we waited for a withdrawal at the cash desk for more than 1 and a half hours .. employees there to find it in front of you ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά της διευθύντριας, αγενής, καθόλου εξυπηρετική παρά τη διάθεση της υπαλλήλου να εξυπηρετήσει.
Έκτοτε,προ μηνός περίπου, προσπαθώ να κλείσω ραντεβού τηλεφωνικά αλλά δεν απαντά ποτέ κανένας!!!!
The behavior of the manager is unacceptable, rude, not at all helpful despite the employee's willingness to serve.
Since then, about a month ago, I try to make an appointment by phone but no one ever answers !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντούν στα τηλέφωνα, δεν μπορείς να ενημερωθείς τηλεφωνικά για οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα, το χειρότερο σε σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα καταστήματα τραπεζών στην περιοχή.
They do not answer the phones, you can not be informed by phone about anything you need. Unacceptable store, the worst compared to other bank branches in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was mistreated. Staff slow and not attentive! Huge queues form every day as pensioners and costumers are gathering in front of the desks. To make things worse employees are unwilling to assist and they will usually throw attitude if they get pressed. The supervisors are even worse. Don't bother to complain, they are used to it.
Avoid this place or arm yourself with a lot patience
