D	Diminix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν, ύφος σε όλο του το μεγαλείο με αποκορύφωμα να σηκωθούν απ' το γραφείο κ να απειλούν με τραμπουκισμούς τύπου "Τρούμπας". Για παροχή υπηρεσίας καμιά κουβέντα καθώς μάλλον δεν γνωρίζουν τι σημαίνει. Καληνύχτα "Κεμάλ", αυτή η χώρα δεν θα αλλάξει ποτέ!!! Reluctant to serve, style in all its glory with a climax to get up from the desk and threaten with "Trump" type thumping. No talk of service as they probably don't know what it means. Good night "Kemal", this country will never change !!!

Ιδίως κατά τη διάρκεια του COVID-19 υπήρχε άψογη ενημέρωση για τα προγράμματα και τις εναλλακτικές επιλογές ώστε να γίνει σωστά και γρήγορα η δουλειά. Μπράβο στα παιδιά !!! Great store to do your job, young, trained and helpful employees. Especially during COVID-19 there was impeccable information on programs and alternatives to get the job done right and fast. Well done to the children !!!
Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ ΓΑΤΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Νέοι υπάλληλοι. Οι δύο ταμίες εναλλάξ, άντρας και γυναίκα έχουν απόλυτη γνώση του αντικειμένου τους, γρήγοροι και διεκπαιρεωτικοί. Η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή ευγενέστατη. Επιτέλους ενα κατάστημα τράπεζας που χαίρεσαι να μπαίνεις. Excellent service. New employees. The two cashiers alternately, man and woman have absolute knowledge of their subject, fast and efficient. The girl at the reception is very kind. Finally a bank branch that you are happy to enter.

Ευχαριστώ At a time when other branches do not even answer the phone and responsibility phobia is a cover for laziness, an excellent employee found a way on her own initiative to issue a certificate of whereabouts without my physical presence. Αν και υπήρχε αναμονή λόγω του περιορισμού στα άτομα για τον κορονοϊό, εξυπηρετήθηκα πολύ καλά και λύθηκε το πρόβλημα μου. I visited the store last week. Although there was a wait due to the limited number of people for coronavirus, I was very well served and my problem was solved.

Ο κύριος που με εξυπηρέτησε, μπαίνοντας δεξιά, όχι κ πολύ πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει δεν ολοκλήρωσε ποτέ τον λόγο για τον οποιο πήγα λεγοντας μου πως δεν μπορεί να βγάλει γραμμη στα κεντρικά κ έχει υποτίθεται θα με καλούσε την επόμενη για ραντεβού, κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ!!!!!!δεν με κάλεσε ποτέ πίσω!!!! Παρεμπιπτόντως εγώ την επόμενη καλεσα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο της τράπεζας στην Αθήνα κ εξυπηρετηθηκα άψογα!! Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό πάντως ήταν αρκετά ευγενικό κ εξυπηρετικό με εξαίρεση τον κύριο που εξυπηρέτησε εμένα. One of the worst stores I have ever visited. The gentleman who served me, entering on the right, not very willing to serve, never completed the reason why I went telling him that he could not line up at the headquarters and he was supposed to call me the next one for an appointment, something that never happened. !!!!!! he never called me back !!!! By the way, the next day I called the call center of the bank in Athens and I was served perfectly !! The rest of the staff however was quite polite and helpful with the exception of the gentleman who served me.
