Είναι από τις περιπτώσεις υπαλλήλων που αναζητούν την παραμικρή αφορμή προκειμένου να μην σε εξυπηρετήσουν και δεν είναι καθόλου διεκπεραιωτικοι. Στόχος τους είναι να σταθούν εμπόδιο και όχι να βρουν λύσεις , δεν γνωρίζουν σωστά τις διαδικασίες και πάραυτα μιλούν με απαξιωτικό και προσβλητικό τρόπο . Λυπάμαι για τη χείριστη εξυπηρέτηση .
