They smile at you when you arrive, then do not look at you anymore once you're seated. In fact, they are distressed: the owner (in his 30's, tattoed, with a beard) kept scolding them the whole time I was there. He didn't move a finger to help them. The food is not even worth one star. Cold potatoes and pita. Natur Elia must be an oxymoron. Eat somewhere else.
T	Tomás S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views. That's about it for the good news. Service was not great. We ordered a Piña Colada. That was a mistake. What arrived tasted like expired pineapple juice from a carton. To be fair, after some resistance from the waiter, they agreed not to charge us for this after we pointed out that what had arrived was not a piña colada. At this point we should have left, but we persisted. The menu looked like it was created by a 5 year old with severe myopia set loose on his dad's pirate copy of photoshop for the first time. Image a pixelated jpeg of a fried sardine that someone found of google images copy & pasted over a plate, and you have their 'fried sardines' dish. We ordered, and to our surprise, the food emerged from a nearby souvenir shop. Let me put it like this. We tried to feed the remnants of our 'fried cheese' dish, normally a delicious option in Crete, to a stray cat. The stray cat sniffed it, and rejected it. In summary, great views, bad service, bad menu, bad food. There is a nice bench next to this restaurant. Sit there instead, and then go somewhere else. I don't normally write reviews, but this place was really not good.

Not a cheap store but the spectacular view has its price... On downside: Only 6 tables with the fantastic view (the rest customers see just the backs of those sitting on first row tables....)
