★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ξενοδοχείο είναι τέλειο και σαν τοποθεσία και σαν αισθητική!!! Είναι από τα πιο όμορφα στην Βυτίνα!!! Οι άνθρωποι, η οικογένεια που το διαχειρίζεται είναι εκπληκτικοί, φιλόξενοι και ευγενείς!
Πραγματικά μου κάνουν εντύπωση και δεν μπορώ να μην το αναφέρω οι φωτογραφίες της κας Ζωής Φράγκου οι οποίες αν κάποιος γνωρίζει το ξενοδοχείο καταλαβαινει ότι είναι ψεύτικες διότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι καινούργιο δεν έχει τέτοιο πάτωμα ούτε τέτοιο σοβατεπί ούτε τόσο παλιούς τοίχους. Απορώ που βρήκε αυτές τις φωτογραφίες...από το σπίτι της? Ο ιδιοκτήτης σας απάντησε ευγενικά και ταπεινά. Και αυτό επιβαιβαιωνει όχι μόνο εμένα αλλά και τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου για το ήθος του ιδιοκτήτη. Υπάρχουν όμως και τέτοιοι άνθρωποι τι να κάνουμε...Στην θέση της θα ντρεπόμουν και θα κατέβαζα αυτή την κακία της στιγμή.
 The hotel is perfect both as a location and as an aesthetic !!! It is one of the most beautiful in Vytina !!! The people, the family that manages it are amazing, hospitable and kind!
I am really impressed and I can not fail to mention the photos of Ms. Zoe Frangou which if one knows the hotel one understands that they are fake because the hotel is new does not have such a floor or such a skirting board or such old walls. I wonder where she found these photos ... from her house; Your owner responded politely and humbly. And this confirms not only me but also the other hotel guests for the ethos of the owner. But there are such people what to do ... In her place I would be ashamed and I would take down this evil moment of hers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ άποτε πρέπει να ήταν καλό ξενοδοχείο.
Πλέον όμως είναι απογοητευτικό και πάρα πολύ ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει.
Στα θετικά ότι η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική και το προσωπικό ευγενικό και φιλόξενο.
Η καθαριότητα ήταν του επιπέδου "όσα βλέπει η πεθερά" και στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε μεγάλη ποσότητα σκόνης σε διαφορά σημεία και γωνίες.
Τα σεντόνια και το κρεβάτι είχαν τρύπες και λεκέδες.
Τέλος το πρωινό ήταν φτωχοτερο και από αυτό μια καλής μονάδας στρατού...

But now it is frustrating and very expensive for what it offers.
On the plus side the location is great and the staff polite and welcoming.
The cleanliness was of the level "what the mother-in-law sees" and in the room there was a large amount of dust in different places and corners.
The sheets and the bed had holes and stains.
Finally the breakfast was poorer and from that a good army unit ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good. Lovely minimal design. Little too minimal maybe but still very ok. Great lounge and breakfast area. Very polite staff. Good choice for families. Very poor internet connection though. Still a great choice for a weekend at Vitina

We visited the hotel for the holiday of the Greek independence day.
At first, the owner did not bother to inform us on time about the dates that the room was available (arrival on 24th or on 25th of March).
Second, the room was not the one that we booked, as we had chosen the one with fireplace, but the owner did not offer this room to us, telling that he had not even noticing our booking ?
However, the WORST thing we experienced was that heating in the room was out of order, while the temperature outside was 2°C. After some unsuccessful attempts to fix it, which took 3 hours, the owner proposed another room to spend the night. Not to mention that all that time he was totally apathetic.
All in all it was the worst facility we had ever been, combined with owner's lack of professionalism, made it completely disappointing, unpleasant and waste of money.
So do not choose it for relaxing holidays!
