Αγενές στην εξυπηρέτηση όλο το προσωπικό του καταστήματος καθώς και η υπεύθυνη. Δεν θα αγοράσω ξανά από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία παρόλο που την προτιμούσα χρόνια και ειδικά στην ποιότητα των υφασμάτων αλλά και των Αρωματικων χώρου που είχε. Δυστυχώς αγόρασα 2 αρωματικά διαφορετικού τύπου και το ένα δεν μύριζε καθόλου ( αυτό που ήταν σε προσφορά) όταν επέστρεψα μολις μετά από 5 μέρες από την αγορά μου δυστυχώς η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν απαράδεκτη χωρίς την παραμικρή εμπιστοσύνη σε αυτό που τους λέει ο πελάτης. Από εδώ και πέρα θα προτιμώ προϊόντα ανταγωνιστικής τους εταιρείας με πολυετή εμπειρία στο χώρο. Really very bad service on issue that arose in product purchased. Rude in service all the staff of the store as well as the person in charge. I will not buy again from this company although I have preferred it for years and especially in the quality of the fabrics and the Aromatic space it had. Unfortunately I bought 2 different flavors and one did not smell at all (what was on offer) when I returned just 5 days after my purchase unfortunately their behavior was unacceptable without the slightest confidence in what the customer tells them. From now on I will prefer products of their competing company with many years of experience in the field.
