V	Vicky Konstantakopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean. The location is also very good. Even though it's not located into the Old City you are only 5 minutes from the Old Harbour. Very nice breakfast, the ladies are very kind. Parking your car around is the only weak point.
O	Ola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, fresh and good quality of linens and towels, very nice cleaning ladies, and people at the reception, very good breakfast, ladies continuously put things which were already gone from buffet. We had small balcony, actually one person could fit there. We had view to the yard, not so beautiful view,but at least it was quiet. Hotel located near bus station, close to the city center. It is good place if you want to travel and visit other parts of Crete. If you want to stay more time in hotel and enjoy silent it is not a good option.

A	Attila Fellegi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in the hotel in 2021 June30-July07 with a 9 years old child. The hotel was over expectation since we travel to Greece frequently. All the staff paid a lot of attention to higine and they cleaned everything often. It was a bit annoying to wear mask ang gloves in the buffet due to Covid, but by the table was no needed. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Even when our departure was at 5:30 am they offered breakfast for as. I think this is a very good impression. Our room number was 132 with the pool view, aircon, tv and a terrace. The shower was a bit small.

Having stayed contingently in Chania, due to bad weather and subsequently the fact that was impossible for the ship to depart, the administration of hotel Nefeli had done it’s best to offer the best services for the u15 girls team of Ilisiakos water polo club, their coaching staff and their parents! We are honestly grateful !
