β β β β β Perfect location on the beach, own free sun lounges, umbrellas, lilos. Although basic, ideal, always hot water, aircon works perfectly, rooms cleaned daily. Owner passionate about Zakynthos and full of great advice on things to do, always available by phone. Best traditional home cooked Greek food at the restuarant a few properties away.

β β β β β It is the third time we came back to Laganas, third time we stayed at Dion's Studios. Everything was perfect just the previous times: the room, the sea (litterally 13 STEPS from the room), the services but especially the host, Dion. He personally offered himself to bring me to the hospital due to a little accident: he is ALWAYS very helpful. Plus, his advices for places of interest, restaurants and so on are simply the best.
We highly recommend this place for couples, families and even lone travellers in search of adventures! Six stars to Dion and his beautiful Nel Mare Studios! Thank you very much.

β β β β β Excellent location, beautiful balcony view. Just right on the beach. Not too far from downtown Laganas, bus still a quiet place. The host was really nice giving us advice and recommendations for our stay. The place was clean! Would recommend!
