Αγόρασα μια συσκευή και έλεγε 1 έως 3 ημέρες παράδοσης τώρα έχουν περάσει 7 και η απάντηση από την μεταφορική που θα μου έστελνε το προϊόν ήταν ότι δεν έχω κάτι για εσάς ενώ μου έστειλαν Μνμ για παραλαβή. Η παραλαβή δεν έφτασε ποτέ και προσπαθώ 3 μέρες να επικοινωνήσω και μου λένε το έχει αναλάβει το αρμόδιο τμήμα (ψέματα) .. το αποτέλεσμα έχω πληρώσει και δεν ξέρω αν θα παραλάβω. Η μεταφορική λέει για την εταιρεία και η εταιρία για την μεταφορική . Κρίμα The delivery days do not correspond to reality. k	kd dk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα προϊόντα της Hoover που αγοράζονται από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δεν καλύπτονται από την εγγύηση της Hoover καθώς δεν αγοράζονται από την επίσημη αντιπροσωπεία αρα αν πάθει και το έχετε παραγγείλει εκτός Αθηνών Επιβαρύνεστε όλα τα έξοδα αποστολής απκ την περιοχή σας πράγμα με μεγάλο κόστος λάθος η ηλεκτρικές συσκευές έχουν αρκετό βάρος και το πο σημαντικό από όλα αυτά τα μαθαίνεις όταν προκύψει το πρόβλημα δεν υπάρχει καμία απόλυτος ενημέρωση άρα κατά την γνώμη μου μιλάμε ξεκάθαρα για εξαπάτηση ντροπή πραγματικά. Αυτός που περίμενε πρώτος ήταν όση ώρα περίμενα να δώσω εγώ τον κωδικό παραγγελίας στο ταμείο που δεν έφτασα ποτέ..........εξαντλήθηκε η υπομονή μου. Εν ολίγοις ? Επειχηρηση μπαχαλοοοοοο.... Παρήγγειλα λευκή συσκευή, εξόφλησα με κάρτα το κόστος και για 5 ημέρες έψαχνα πού βρισκόταν το προϊόν ενώ είχα ενημερωθεί ότι επρόκειτο να παραδοθεί. Η μεταφορική ελεγε οτι τους έδωσαν λάθος προϊόν και αναγκάστηκαν να το στείλουν πίσω, ενώ το κατάστημα μας έλεγε ότι δεν ήξερε πού βρισκόταν και επί μέρες απλά έστελναν αίτημα ενημέρωσης στην αποθήκη τους. Τελικά αναγκάστηκα να ζητήσω επιστροφή χρημάτων, η οποία άργησε να ολοκληρωθεί. Ταλαιπωρία χωρίς λόγο και απουσία επαγγελματισμού τουλάχιστον. Unacceptable store! Οι τύποι μου στέλνουν για galaxy note 20. Κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μας τους εξηγώ πως η θήκη που μου στείλανε είναι λάθος και πως έχω παραγγείλει για note 20 ultra. 10 μέρες μετά μου στέλνουν ξανά την ίδια θήκη. Μπορώ να πω πως η λοβοτομή έχει καταργηθεί αλλά μάλλον οχι. Χάρισμά σας τα χρήματα εγώ το προϊόν το έχω ήδη κάψει. Δεν έχω χρόνο να τρέχω κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι στην ACS για να ανταλλάζω συνεχώς πράγματα με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα...
