Μια ευγενέστατη κ καταρτισμένη υπάλληλος με εξυπηρέτησε τηλεφωνικώς και αυθημερόν παρέλαβα την παραγγελία μου στο Ηράκλειο όπου το προσωπικό φρόντισε να σταλεί με ΚΤΕΛ. Θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά! Excellent service experience! A very polite and trained employee served me by phone and on the same day I received my order in Heraklion where the staff made sure to be sent by bus. I will prefer them again!

Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, φιλικότατο περιβάλλον! Το συστήνω ανεπιφυλακτα! A store that has wonderful collections of baby items, travel items (strollers, car chair), baby dowry, clothes, christenings and everything a parent may need for their children! Excellent service, very friendly environment! I highly recommend!

Την μια φορά ήταν πιάτα σε προσφορά κ επειδή δεν θα ξαναφέρουν προϊόντα της εταιρείας δεν τα άλλαζαν και την επόμενη ήταν μπουφανακι όπου η αλλαγή γινόταν μόνο με ρούχο πάλι. Απαράδεκτο το σύστημα των αλλαγών τους, λες κ έχει άλλος έμπορος το τμήμα των ρούχων, άλλος τα παιχνίδια, άλλος τα κλινοσκεπασματα δεν πάνε στην ίδια τσέπη όλα οοοχι! Και φυσικά δεν ενημερώνουν και τον κόσμο όταν πάει να ψωνίσει σχετικά με το σύστημα των αλλαγών όπως άλλα καταστήματα αναφέρουν στο ταμείο για παράδειγμα "αλλαγές στα εσώρουχα δεν γίνονται". Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα αγόραζα ξανά από αυτό το μαγαζί εάν είναι να βάζω σε τόση ταλαιπωρία την μανούλα, με τον ελάχιστο ελεύθερο χρόνο που διαθετει, στη περίπτωση που θέλει να το αλλάξει.. Twice they have brought us a gift from this store and we had an issue with the change both times! One time there were dishes on offer and because they would not bring back company products they did not change them and the next time it was a jacket where the change was done only with clothes again. The system of their changes is unacceptable, as if another trader has the clothes section, another the toys, another the bed linen, they do not go in the same pocket, oh no! And of course they do not inform the people when they go shopping about the system of changes as other stores report to the cashier for example "changes in underwear are not made". In no case would I buy again from this store if it is to put the manoula in so much trouble, with the minimum free time he has, in case he wants to change it ..
