Θα μείνω λοιπόν στην άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και το όμορφο περιβάλλον της συγκεκριμένης μπουτίκ. Απόλαυσα κάθε δευτερόλεπτο εξυπηρετήθηκα άριστα άρτια και ευγενικά. Τώρα που σας έχω πιο κοντά θα απολαμβάνω τον καφέ που αγαπώ αποκλειστικά!!!❤️ This coffee brand is known to those who appreciate a good coffee easily and simply at home. Θ	ΘΑΝΟΣ ΚΑΡΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όπως είπε και μια κυρία πιο κάτω, μου έκαναν δώρο μια νέα συσκευή καφέ νεσπρεσο και πήγα και εγώ στο κατάστημα για να παραλάβω τις δωρεάν κάψουλες της προσφοράς. Προφανώς και δεν μου τις έδωσε η κοπέλα της επιχείρησης γιατί λέει δεν είχα μαζί μου σε φωτογραφία ή το ίδιο το αυτοκόλλητο της συσκευής με το serial number, ενώ είχα μαζί μου την πρωτότυπη απόδειξη της αγοράς γιατί με είχε προειδοποιήσει ο δωροθετης. Αφού δε με εξυπηρετήσε ενώ θεωρώ ότι ήταν πολύ απλό απλά να διασταυρώσει την αγορά με το serial number, φεύγω και παίρνω τηλέφωνο την νεσπρεσο στο τηλέφωνο εξυπηρέτησης. Μου λέει έγινε αυτό για λόγους ασφαλείας και τους ρωτω ευθέως, γιατί όταν κάνω την προσφορά μέσω ίντερνετ δεν μου ζητάει φωτογραφία του serial number απλά θέλει το νούμερο. Δηλαδή το ίντερνετ έχει λιγότερη ασφάλεια ενώ το φυσικό κατάστημα είναι πιο τυπικοί αν ήθελα να κλέψω? Και η απάντηση τους ήταν απλά ένα μάσημα. Δε ξέρανε τι να πούνε. Εν κατακλείδι, άμα κάθε φορά που θέλω να επισκεφθώ το κατάστημα, οι ίδιοι οι εργαζόμενοι σου βάζουν τόσες δικλείδες και σε καθυστερούν, δε ξέρω καν για ποιο λόγο να μην κάνω την παραγγελία μου μέσω της εφαρμογής ή στην τελικη να πάω στο σούπερ μάρκετ να πάρω Lor ή Illy κάψουλες εφόσον στο σούπερ δεν θα με πρήξει κανείς ακατάλληλος υπαλλήλος. Γιατί για εμένα είναι ακατάλληλοι.και το λέω αυτό για να το δει κάποιος από την νεσπρεσο που επενδύει σε φυσικά καταστήματα και σε υπαλλήλους που δεν εξυπηρετούν για χαζούς λόγους. Γιατί άμα ήθελα να κάνω μπαγαμποντια θα πήγαινα με την αυθεντική απόδειξη αγορας. Μόνο θλίψη. Αυτά τα λίγα χαχα. In conclusion, if every time I want to visit the store, the employees themselves put so many locks on you and delay you, I do not even know why I should not place my order through the application or in the end go to the supermarket to get Lor or Illy capsules as long as no unsuitable employee will swell me in the super. Because for me they are unsuitable. And I say this to be seen by someone from the espresso who invests in physical stores and employees who do not serve for stupid reasons. Because if I wanted to make bagabondia I would go with the authentic purchase receipt. Only sadness. These little haha.

Ρωτάμε αν μαζί με αυτές που έτσι κι αλλιώς θα αγοράζαμε υπάρχουν δείγματα από άλλες γεύσεις για να δοκιμάσουμε και πήραμε αρνητική απάντηση..Δε θα σταθώ στο οτι από γνωστούς κ φίλους ξέρουμε πως κατά καιρούς παίρνουν δείγματα για δοκιμή. Αναρωτιέμαι, η εταιρία σας με τις τιμές που έχει στις μηχανές και στις κάψουλες της, κανει οικονομία στα δείγματα?Είναι δυνατόν να είστε τόσο τσιπηδες? Αλλά οκ, πήραμε δώρο πλαστική σακούλα για να μαζεύουμε τις κάψουλες για ανακύκλωση λέει...γελάει ο κόσμος... Αν σας καεί η ανακυκλωση να δώσετε κ κανένα κίνητρο όπως κάνουν άλλες εταιριες,καμία έκπτωση πχ... We got a new Vertuo machine, we went to the Nea Smyrni store today to get capsules.
