I went to Nikki beach club with a group of 14 friends (aged 29-35) for a girls day before my wedding a couple of days later. I am not someone who leaves reviews however I felt this needed to be shared. The place was empty as it was the beginning of the season and the service was shockingly slow, we waited nearly 90 mins for our first drinks. This theme continued throughout the day with drinks arriving minim 40 mins after being ordered, if at all. We asked to pay for our day beds individually rather than as one group payment which clearly caused a lot of frustration. My friend paid in cash, then they had the audacity to accuse her of not paying and asked her to pay again. A group of staff then approached her and continued to push her to pay even though we all saw her hand over the cash, it wad actually quite intimidating. The level of service was appalling, slow and rude. Also the prices are obscene ( as expected)- it’s €9 for a soda water. I would not recommend coming here at all- particularly if you are in a large group.

An amazing location to discover the island of Santorini! The resort is stunning, the staff is very qualified and attentive to whatever one may need. We came for the White Greek party and were left amazed at how everything was set up. One of the best nights we have had so far with wonderful memories of everything. The food, the wines and the scenery are truly mesmerising. We recommend for anyone to try it at least one evening. Truly an experience worth having of Nikki Beach!

Just got back from the beautiful Nikki Beach Resort in Santorini. The food and the service were outstanding. The rooms were nicely appointed and quite large. All-in-all, this place was great. There were a few things that were less than perfect but not enough to elaborate on. If you are looking to relax and enjoy a great place this is it. It seemed that there was not a moment where a staff member was not looking to please the guests.

Excellent friendly and positive Team starting from the receiption, the service, the maintenance up to the Management - especially always open for feedback! Clean and spacious rooms, immediate support whenever required (from special services up to maintenance). From my point of view, the music at the pool area was balanced in such a way that you had the full vibes at the pool and your room was not affected at all. We stayed from May 1-7, 2022 and were more than pleased to be the first guests of the season 2022!

Amazing place for relaxing and partying! Hotel has one of the biggest pools on the island (with chill music). Sunbeds are directly at the seaside. So you can enjoy both the pool and the sea. You have spectacular sunrises (6am) right from the beach! Rich breakfast and super friendly staff. We attend also a party on Sunday with dj Morales at the Nikki beach club. The crowd was cool, the whole ambience was well arranged and the staff did take very good care of us! Don’t worry about close proximity to airport ( because we did at first). There are no flights at night and overall air traffic is not heavy. Therefore you are not disturbed too much by the noise. The place to stay at Santorini!

We stayed at the hotel. The common areas and interior of the rooms are very nice and modern. The pool for our original room was very dirty, but the staff quickly moved us to another room with a clean one. Overall the reception staff was good to work with. We stayed at 4 different hotels/resorts during our trip to Greece. The food/drink service when ordering from the beach was very slow at this one. Multiple times waiters came back after 10 or 15 minutes to confirm our order again verbally as they didn't write it down the first time, which made the wait for drinks even longer. Service when sitting in the restaurant was faster once food was ordered, but a few times we sat down and didn't have a waiter come to greet us for a while. Pool usage was not communicated well. We had to ask 3 different staff members before we figured out that you can in fact use the pool as a hotel guest (unless you want to book and use one of the day beds right beside the pool). It was empty almost the entire time we were there, likely because guests all thought we had to pay just to go into it.

The resort is called Nikki Beach Club and Spa. Don’t be mislead. It is primarily an Ibiza style Beach Club with rooms. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing break, steer clear. The thumping music starts everyday at 11am and doesn’t stop until 7pm. The gorgeous sun beds by the pool are €400 each for the day. You can’t even sit by the pool unless you pay that every day as a hotel guest! Staff are lovely. Don’t know how they can stand the constant noise. Shame as the hotel is lovely. Should be upfront about all of this. Recommend to under 40’s who live on Social media and need constant stimulation.

Our stay was good. The food at the hotel was very good and decently priced. The 2 reasons that caused me to rate 3/5 was that the staff will go in your room without your consent or request even if you have the “mind our privacy” sign on the door. Nothing was stolen, but still unsettling. The other reason was due to misleading advertising on their website. The pool is included in your stay, BUT, if you want somewhere to sit at the pool, it’s going to cost you 350€
