I put down a 300 lira bond but only got half of it back disputed the car being clean, no damage and more fuel than when I picked it up. What a scam. I won't hire from them again

We were sorted out in 5 mins, given a brand new car, a cabrolet and automatic for an extra 20 euros. On the way back no hassle in handover, he quickly glanced over it and said all fine, not like sometimes you get hassled by locals just so they could keep your deposit. Very pleasant experience, brilliant car, brilliant company.

He was very adamant that I add the insurance and showed frustration when I didn’t pay additional for it. When we returned the car he charged for damage that was pre existing. I never have an issue with other enterprise locations but avoid this location and go elsewhere.

We called after wandering around for 30 minutes. Then after getting the office it took a other 30 plus minutes to get the car and fill out all of the paperwork. We were under the impression that the car rentals were on the airport and that it would be a quick process.
