★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δίπλα στον πύργο Παλατάκι υπάρχει σήμερα μετά την αποκατάστασή του το κτήριο «Ν. Γύζης» το οποίο διαθέτει περιβάλλοντα χώρο 8,5 στρεμμάτων. Το νεοκλασικό αυτό αρχιτεκτόνημα αποτελούσε συμπληρωματικό κτίριο του κεντρικού πύργου και εχρησιμοποιείτο για την φιλοξενία επισκεπτών. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος, ένας κήπος με οπωροφόρα δέντρα, ανθώνα και υψηλούς φοίνικες, ήταν ενιαίος με το Παλατάκι.
Κατά την φιλοξενία του στο κτίριο από τον τραπεζίτη Νικόλαο Νάζο, ο Νικόλαος Γύζης φιλοτέχνησε τις τοιχογραφίες με θέμα τις «4 Εποχές». Λίγη προσοχή στο θέμα καθαριότητας των έξω τοίχων-χώρων είναι απαραίτητη λόγω αναγραφής συνθημάτων.

During his hospitality in the building by the banker Nikolaos Nazos, Nikolaos Gyzis painted the murals with the theme of "4 Seasons". A little attention to the issue of cleanliness of the outer walls-spaces is necessary due to the writing of slogans.
