Ε, λοιπόν, θα σας πω ένα μυστικό:
Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα πιο χαλαρωτικό από το να περάσει κάποιος μερικές μέρες στο Nicolas House.
Η φιλική ατμόσφαιρα, ο διακριτικός τρόπος με τον οποίο συμπεριφέρεται ο Νικόλας στους φιλοξενούμενούς του και
η ελευθερία που αισθάνεται κάποιος στο κτήμα του
σε κάνουν να μην θέλεις να φύγεις.
Η παραλία δίπλα, η Ψιλή Άμμος, σκίζει.
Κάτι ακόμα που με ξεκουράζει στις διακοπές αυτές:
Είναι περιττές οι κομψές βραδινές εμφανίσεις!
I have traveled a lot, I know the Cyclades well.
Well, let me tell you a secret:
There is nothing more relaxing than spending a few days at Nicolas House.
The friendly atmosphere, the discreet way in which Nicholas treats his guests and
the freedom one feels on one's property
they make you not want to leave.
The beach next door, Psili Ammos, is tearing.
Something else that relaxes me during this holiday:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is located near Psili Ammos (5 minutes walk), the great isolated sandy beach with the clear blue-green water and the big resting spots under the trees. Nicolas House can host from couples to big families in spacious rooms with great view over Aegean ocean. Private terrace, bathroom, air condition and a kitchenette with fridge and utensils are present in every room. The House is run in a eco consious direction where the guests can use the colorful bins to split and throw away their garbage. The left overs become food for the animals of the farm and the recycling bin handled accordingly. In the same eco friendly direction guests and prefferably kids are invited to take fruits and vegetables from the farm, which is co-located with the rooms, and use them in their every day diet. Kids have a huge yard with big trees for shadow to play, run and have fun. In this yard, children swings are next to big flat rocks that serve as dining tables. Showers can be found in the yard to use when you return from the sea. At the far end of the property, you can visit the chickens, the rabbits and the sheeps.
