Στα Ν.Α. της Νάξου, ανάμεσα στον Κλειδό και στον Πάνερμο βρίσκεται ο παράλιος λόφος Κορφή τ' Αρωνιού, ύψους 70 μ. με απότομες κλιτείς. Ονομάζεται επίσης Κάστρο και Μπιζάνι. Το περιβάλλουν ό ρυάκας Κοπριές και ο ρυάκας του Φασκιανού. Στην κορυφή τ' Αρωνιού βρέθηκαν από τον ιδιοκτήτη της περιοχής Μανώλη Μπαρδάνη οι πρώτες πλάκες με τις επίκρουστες παραστάσεις της Πρωτοκυκλαδικής περιόδου του Κυκλαδικού Πολιτισμού. Ο καθηγητής Μιχάλης Μπαρδάνης περισυνέλλεξε από τους τάφρους 11 συνολικάεπίκρουστες πλάκες. Ο αρχαιολόγος Χρήστος Ντούμας τις περιέγραψε τις ανέλυσε και τις χαρακτήρισε. Βρίσκονται όλες στο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο τ' Απεράθου. Στα τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου 1962 ο Χρ. Ντούνας προέβει σε ανασκαφική έρευνα. Τα ευρήματα είναι: Eλλειψοειδές δωμάτιο, λείψανα θεμελίων, τμήματα λιθομύλου και λεπίδες οψιδιανού.

In the South East of Naxos, between Klidos and Panermos is the coastal hill Korfi t 'Aroniou, 70 m high with steep slopes. It is also called Kastro and Bizani. It is surrounded by the stream Kopries and the stream of Faskianos. At the top of Aroni, the owner of the area, Manolis Bardanis, found the first plaques with the striking representations of the Early Cycladic period of Cycladic Culture. Professor Michalis Bardanis collected a total of 11 impact plates from the trenches. Archaeologist Christos Doumas described them, analyzed them and characterized them. They are all located in the archeological museum of Aperathos. At the end of September 1962, Chr. Dunas is conducting an excavation. The findings are: Elliptical room, remains of foundations, parts of a stone mill and obsidian blades.
