★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η Ε.Σ.Ε. και ο Δήμος Υμηττού, τιμώντας την μνήμη του Σπηλαιολόγου-Γεωπόνου Νίκου Μαργιόλη ,το Σπήλαιο, που υπάρχει στα παλαιά νταμάρια στον Υμηττό,το ονόμασε"Σπήλαιο Νίκου Μαργιόλη"
Το "Σπήλαιο Νίκου Μαργιόλη " έχει συμπεριληφθεί στην εγκριθείσα μελέτη αξιοποίησης του χώρου των παλαιών Νταμαριών,από τον πρώην Δήμο Υμηττού.
και κατά την μελλοντική υλοποίηση του,προβλέπεται η κατασκευή Πύργου,με ασανσέρ και διαζώματα,για την πρόσβαση στο σπήλαιο,δεδομένου ότι η είσοδος του είναι σε ύψος 30 μ περίπου. από το επίπεδο του χώρου με τα Γήπεδα και Θέατρα.
Είναι πανέμορφο και αντιπροσωπευτικό φημισμένων Σπηλαίων.

Incredible view from above, you see all the stadiums of Hymettus and Byron, as well as the tall buildings and the hills of Athens !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχει πρόσβαση. Κανείς δεν ξέρει που βρίσκεται κι όταν τελικά καταλάβεις που είναι (δεν έχει κάποια ταμπέλα ή σήμανση) δεν μπορείς να μπεις χωρίς εξοπλισμό αναρρίχησης. Η είσοδος βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός βράχου, αρκετά μέτρα ύψος από το έδαφος.
It has no access. No one knows where it is and when you finally understand where it is (it has no sign or marking) you can't get in without climbing equipment. The entrance is in the middle of a cliff, several meters high from the ground.
